Burpham the rudeness of the server stunned me!!

Starbucks High Street, Scunthorpe. Stood for 5 mins at the counter waiting to be served while the 2 members of staff were messing with the till. No acknowledgement that we were stood there. Once served the drinks were just placed on the counter without any indication who they belonged to. There were many tables that needed clearing and cleaning so finding a clean table was difficult. While we were sat drinking our drinks the staff just stood around taking selfies on their phones rather than clearing and cleaning tables. Disgraceful basic standards.

The drinks were okay but they made us pay for something my son touched when the could of just took of the straw of the cup 😕 very unfriendly service as well

I like Starbucks coffee mostly. There is worse. But Starbucks excel at truly dire service. My goodness they're slow. Four minute rule - forget it. The staff are stressed understandably. The customers leave stressed. I'm seriously getting close to permanently avoiding Direbucks in my area.

Avoid starbucks Telford CINEWORLD came across completely unprofessional and rude does deseve to be shut down !

Staff are very very rude - I was abused and threatened for simply standing and waiting for my partner! Outside the shop might I add! I wasn’t even allowed through the door to look as I was demeaned I buy a drink immediately. I replied no and waited outside and then told I wasn’t allowed to stand there. Completely infuriated by their attitude and behaviour- absolutely disgusting went to the cafe across the road - avoid here

Starbucks have put the price up 3 times in the last year, I’ve been drinking in the Starbucks for 4 years but the prices keeps going up, you are driving us away from Starbucks it’s only milk and coffee and a cup

Starbucks, Bournemouth Square: If I could give zero stars I would, simply because of sheer lack of disservice given to my disabled son. When I complained on his behalf I was meet with utter arrogance, one individual [server] said she couldn’t understand the word “penalised” the other individual stated he didn’t understand what I was complaining about because he served and read the menu to my son so what else did I expect”

To cut a long story short, the customer service and disability awareness of these individuals is nothing less than appalling!.

I use Starbucks all over Scotland during my travels , because I like their products . The best Starbucks experience is always at The New look Starbucks at Inverness retail park . Abbey and the girls are always smiling and recognise me every time they are a 5 star 🌟 team every time . 👍

You manager. Absolutely went above and beyond for my husband and I. She was so friendly,informative, helpful and patient. I think she deserves a special mention. You should be proud of her. She flew your flag high and proud !!

I am a member of the Village hotel gym at Bracknell for the past 3 years,& the Hotel has a really good Starbucks in the front of the Hotel
I went in today, the good Air Conditioning was most welcome, a new lady served me her name is Sian, as with the other Staff I was met. with a friendly smile 😊
After a good hard gym a good large mug of Coffee a warm smile can make all the difference to your day

I was introduced to Starbucks by the lovely Fitness Manger Rosie

Tables not wiped. Our table had been cleared, so could they not wipe it at the same time? Gents toilet had no paper and then was locked. This is not an uncommon problem. Food, drinks and service okay. Please read these comments and act on them!

Culverhouse Starbucks was so dirty today we didn’t know where to sit. Half our order was plated as in mugs the other had take away bags. Dirty tables needed clearing, food and bags/straws all over the floor and ants crawling around under our table. Staff were friendly but a little bit clueless and more interested in chatting n their head sets about whilst serving cafe customers. Overall, not a nice experience 😕

Starbux in Cannock . NO AIRCON! Staff sweating! People walking in turn and go out. I highly recommend you AVOID @ all cost

Went to Perth (Scotland) starbucks today. Very disappointed in the almond croissants which were stale, not sure how many days old but far from fresh. On a plus note the staff were very friendly and efficient. We normally go to Costa and probably will next time.
