I haven't tried all their products yet, but so far my favorite one has been the exfoliating night water. It leaves my skin feeling smooth but doesn't irritate it. FYI I have sensitive, combo skin.

The official company website is very misleading to customers. Once items are added to the bag, there is no checkout summary or final confirmation page; the site triggers an immediate purchase instead.
Furthermore, there is no cancellation button or page available once the order is placed. I emailed the company within minutes to request a cancellation, but they refused, claiming I had already passed the cancellation window. Additionally, their 'free shipping for the pink combo' offer is deceptive—the website failed to mention that the offer only applies to orders over $50.
In fact, my order total exceeding $50—I was still charged for shipping.
This feels like a total scam, and I am extremely disappointed. I only discovered this brand because of Blackpink, but unfortunately, this company’s business practices are highly unethical.
What is even more alarming is that the website somehow obtained my contact and payment information without me manually entering it. I have no idea how they accessed my private data or linked my payment details to the transaction without my explicit consent. This raises serious concerns about data privacy and unauthorized access to personal information.

Worst customer service experience. I usually only leave positive reviews, but this is an exception.
I wanted to see the cost of shipping, but placed an order accidentally. I was not given a chance to review this order or input information, they just took the information from a precious occasion and placed the order. I contacted the company immediately to cancel, only to be told they can’t cancel it. I have emailed back and forth, explaining that it shows my order as unfulfilled, but they still refuse to cancel it.
Just feeling really defeated and ignored by what I thought was a good company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used a Starface acne patch as directed after the product claimed it would heal or remove pimples. Instead, it caused significant skin irritation and left a large dark/black pigmentation on my face that was not present before use. The reaction traumatized my skin, and I now have to keep the area covered with a bandage while it heals. I did not misuse the product. This reaction is inconsistent with the product’s claims and raises safety concerns. Lastly, it’s sad that consumers can’t leave a honest review on the product’s website because it could cause “Legal” issues. I had to report this product to the FDA in order to be heard.

Can't comment regarding others reviews as I had wonderful experience I ordered products and was kept up to date until they arrived and what a lovely surprise everything was packed into the most cutest yellow gift box with starface logo and inside my items were packed in beautiful yellow tissue with little faces on it it was so nice I've decided to keep them in the gift box they arrived in as its for gift no need to wrap something so cute

Amazing in every way. I ordered late Friday afternoon and they arrived Saturday lunchtime - that’s under 24hrs despite it being the weekend - and it was free delivery - incredible! I bought the super-cute pink bundle and two lip balms, all of which are glorious. I’m in love. I’ve been using Starface patches for a while now because they’re so reliably effective - fwiw I’m 56 and get odd zits post menopause and these fab stars help me deal with the little blighters directly so I can avoid using harsh products on my skin. I so wish we’d had these when I was a teenager but I’m so glad to have them now! Starface are totally cruelty free, work like magic and have the cutest, most adorable dispenser *ever*. The new lip balms are superb too. I had to try them because they’re so beautiful and they’re even more ergonomically satisfying irl but I’m blown away by the quality too, they’re beyond a regular balm, my lips feel comforted, comfortable and look significantly hydrated and healthy. 100% delighted and fully recommend. Huge thanks to everyone at starface.world, you guys totally freaking rock!🫶🥰🫶

Horrible horrible customer service. I tried to contact them for months to cancel my subscription. My online account told me my subscription was canceled but I continued to receive orders for 4 months, costing me almost $300. Was sent in circles when I finally got ahold of someone and they refused to refund me even for the very last order that was automatically made that day, it hadn't even shipped yet. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE OR PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Customer Service is shocking. They’re not interested in helping to resolve issues and just come back with generic messages.
The customer contact email address on the confirmation was wrong. All in all this meant my issue couldn’t get resolved before my order was dispatched.

Very poor communications, I placed an order for some Christmas presents all the items were in stock when I placed the order. Delivery time was 2-3 days. After over a week with no update on my order I chased the order up. Not sure where they are based but you don't get a reply until 3am GMT the following day. The excuse was sorry for the delay we are now out of stock of some of your items, we will refund them which will take 10 days, we will release the rest of your order. How can they take orders for something they don't have stock of. Some of the items ordered are now pointless without the rest of out of stock items. They are also telling me they can't refund the whole order and I can't return anything for a refund. They like taking peoples money but are slow to return money and unwilling to process a return. The customer emails are the only way to contact them and to be honest I think I would get a better interaction with chatgpt.

I tried to redeem some points and they deleted my account and removed all my points balance, which was a lot.
Their email is just bouncing and not replied to.
Since the majority of my points comes from a focus group, they have removed payment for the time and energy I have put into my responses and therefore have deleted the payment for my work.
Despicable. I don’t know about the other many products on the market but I probably will look to other much more affordable brands since they’ve stolen from me.

Customer service is horrible. Due to a technical issue with their website, I didn’t receive the free gift I was promised in my order that I had to spend a certain amount for. To make it “right” they offered me a discount code that doesn’t even work. How about just send me the item or let me cancel my order??? It’s insulting.
