Thank you for your attention to detail for our trip to Dubai all of our tours were great, from going to the top of Burj Khalifa, the dinner cruise, my flying dress photo shoot, and riding a camel, we met new people and learned a whole lot. The Trip was perfectly curated by STAR IONIC TRAVEL great itinerary in Dubai 3 nights and Abu Dabhi 2 nights, BASMA MAHMOUD was absolutely amazing. she is super responsive to messages, she goes out of her way to organize a visit to Ferrari World, she is always available to answer and resolved any question or concerns. The result was amazing, best hotels, guides, everything. I will absolutely do all the arrangements for my next trip to Emirates with them.

Our tour guide, Mahmoud, was exceptional. He was not only professional but also friendly and knowledgeable. Mahmoud was always on time and gave us enough time to explore. We never felt rushed during the tours. He also made sure that everyone in the group was together and safe.

Our tour guide Mahmoud was the best! Every excursion he escorted us to he provided the history surrounding the event which for me made all the difference. I learned and saw the important pieces of the United Arab Emirates which I for one knew nothing about. He was very patient very considerate and helpful. Always wanted to make sure we had enough time or wanted more or less at every place visited. Always smiled laughed and was just a pleasure to be around. He was the trip. I truly enjoyed his company. Can’t say enough.

I inquired about the tour to Dubai on facebook. The tour consultant Ms Basna ELmahdhy contacted me via whatsapp. Ms Elmahdhy gave me all the information and her expertise what i needed to make my trip enjoyable. She walked me through the process from the beginning until the end. We communicate on a daily basis and make it very comfortable though it all. The itinerary was fantastic. I visited the Bruj Khalifa, the mosque, Abu Dhabi and other sites that were mentioned in the package. The tour guides were very infornative and knowlegeable about the history and culture of Dubai. The selection of the hotel was fantastic as well as the breakfast provided was healthy. I would like to thank and be grateful to Ms Elmahdhy for making my trip a success and enjoyable. The experience was awsome.
