Very disappointed with our experience.

We took our son to this children’s hair salon expecting staff who were experienced in working with young children and knew how to help them feel comfortable. Unfortunately, the hairdresser seemed to have very little patience and did not give our son enough time to settle.

At one point, our son was screaming, kicking, and extremely distressed. Rather than calming him or working at his pace, it felt like the situation was rushed, which only made him more upset. We ended up leaving with half of his hair cut and were still charged the full price.

The experience was so traumatic that we had to spend over an hour at home reassuring him before he would allow us to finish shaving his hair ourselves.

For a business that specializes in children’s haircuts, I expected staff to be more understanding, patient, and skilled at handling nervous or frightened children. Sadly, this was our son’s first experience at a hairdresser, and it was a very negative one.

I would not recommend this salon to parents looking for a calm and child-friendly haircut experience.

Star kids point cook is a disgusting place for a child to get a haircut an Indian lady cut my sons hair too short gave him
a bowl cut I don’t think she knew what she was doing a rush job asked me to hold my sons head while she did it very rude lady and destroyed my sons hair highly don’t recommend place should be shut down.
My daughter got a haircut from there they cut it very short didn’t even try to make it look nice for the extra service Will definitely not be back she just put a bow in my child’s hair and made me pay extra then tried to milk more money out of me by asking me to by products.

I purchased Klee kids natural make up for my make up obsessed girls 8 & 5. They just loved it and I don’t need to worry about them putting stuff that are injurious to their skin while they still enjoy doing what they love. There was a slight delivery delay due to COVID but I received an apology email and Star kids ensured they delivered the order through express post. It was nice of them to send two free hair clips as gifts in the pack which shows their commitment to customer value. I would keep going back to then to purchase more due to the quality of their products and excellent customer services.

Most reliable and fast service I've experienced yet! Everything is smooth and streamlined making for the best experience I have encountered thus far!
