I have visited starlight 5 times throughout this pregnancy, each time to ease a different anxiety!
On each occasion Laura has been so calm and reassuring. I would not hesitate to recommend to everybody I know!

We’ve been selling these shawls for about five years and no one has ever reported this happening to them before. It could be a faulty batch or just plain misfortune that both of your shawls had the bows fall off.
We don’t make them ourselves but sell them so all we can do with potentially faulty items is to go back to the supplier / manufacturer.
We appreciate the feedback and one of our team will be in touch with you. We would have preferred to have dealt with this directly with you rather than you leave a 1* review before allowing us the opportunity to put things right.
As a small independent company, negative reviews harm us disproportionately.
All that aside, as I said a member of our small team will be in touch to help you out with this.

The most special place!
We have visited Starlight at Hale three times now, and already can’t wait to go back before baby arrives. We had an early reassurance scan at 6 weeks, another at 10 weeks (because we loved the first time so much) and then a 20 week scan for all checks and to find out the gender. The experience is so intimate and magical and Laura is absolutely amazing at what she does. We felt safe and reassured throughout all three scans. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing which made the scans so calm and enjoyable. We genuinely can’t recommend this place enough, the calm and safe environment is what everyone needs for such an important and special time in pregnancy. Some of our favourite times in this pregnancy was spent in that room with Laura! Thank you Starlight! Xx

Amazing experience
Staff were wonderful,very informative and supportive in what was a daunting time for my relative. She was given positive news and invited back next week for a second scan, free of charge so she is able to hear the heartbeat. Will definitely recommend to others.

Highly recommend!
I’ve been to starlight Bury a good few times now, with both pregnancies. Having early scans, gender scans and 4D scans.
I highly recommend to anyone and wouldn’t go anywhere else for private scans. The staff are so lovely and professional.
Would like to say a massive thank you also for fitting me in very last minute after my 20 week scan at the hospital on Wednesday. When the NHS wouldn’t write the gender of my baby which I needed for my gender reveal this weekend. Thankfully to starlight we can still go ahead this weekend to find out 💗💙.
