Starlite were professional, friendly & efficient
Starlite were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure the job was done to perfection. Despite finding some issues when removing the old windows, the team quickly and efficiently found safe long-term solutions and finished the job to an exceptional standard. The whole process from sale to completion was excellent. I will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend them

The most scary yet rewarding journey.
From the very beginning right up to completion. I felt valued, listened to and thier communications were regular and made me feel at ease more about this huge commitment that I was making. The advice was valuable, not always the most expensive but always considerate to my needs e.g pet access without escape, safety for all (pets and humans!),yet still incorporating the look that I wished for. I was given time if I wanted, to process any new ideas that were good options for me. The installation was fitted within the time frame that I preferred. The manager said that the guys were perfectionists (I am too) and he was right. These guys were amazing. They rebuilt my entire bay and then matched in the front entrance, hiding lead flushing and lots of top quality products and workmanship seamlessly, showing off my house and making it look even better than I had imagined. Thier attention to detail was what I had hoped for. They turned up on time, were friendly, worked endlessly and most respectful of my home thorghout the whole installation. The guys helped me to move the odd last minute large/high item on the day, laid covers/boarding and cleaned up each day leaving me with minimal mess. The surveyor was thorough and discussed and checked every detail of the fitting process.
This was a big installation and financial commitment for me and the results deserve this big review. Thank you to you all.
