The title says it all.
My experience with them has been very smooth until now. Got my company documents in under a day and I received the EIN in the time-frame specified.
They have helped me and answered all my questions (be them via E-Mail or WhatsApp), pointing me in the right direction. I've been kept up-to-date with everything that was happening.

I shall recommend them to anyone that asks me for such a service.

So, this will probably be a long review, but please bear with me.

If you want the short version, they are great, they set up the LLC and if you choose, they file your taxes efficiently and even chase you to sign the forms (I almost forgot).

For the long version.

I set up my LLC in Wyoming as a US nonresident in December 2022. They recommended this and clearly stated the benefits of it. I took the Startup plan and the LLC itself took like 3 days, and the EIN was about 15 days (really fast). Now on the last part, I wanted a "traditional bank account on BOFA or Chase". They told me that sometimes those banks were a bit difficult if I didn't have a physical address to open the account, thankfully I did and it was really easy. 1 Month in and I had everything set up properly, even with a BofA account.

Fast forward a couple of months, and they helped me with the taxes. believe me, helped is an understatement, I almost forgot, went on holiday, and didn't open my email. 2 days before the last filing day (which if missed I may incur a penalty of 25,000), they called me to my number! (I had texted them back in November while browsing other options). They made sure all my forms were signed so I didn't miss anything.

To be honest, they went above and beyond for me. I cannot recommend them enough, but do your research and compare them to other providers, I did that and I still went with them.

StarFleet staff followed me in every step to create my Usa company,in 3 days I was already able to start my business.I also choose to get their help for all tax and paperwork to be done. Just great! I recommend them to all who like me need to expand their business in the Usa.
