I saw my friend using StarVPN, and it looked so easy to us. They were streaming shows from another country without any lagging. I signed up straight away.

I’m not super techy, and I don't know to use VPN software, but StarVPN does both wireguard and openvpn for you, I havent saw anything I dislike.

The IP's also seem to be good, I checked a few of the data centre IP's on whatsmyip and they where not listed in black list.

This is a great VPN with a wide selection of servers with clean IPs. The support team was helpful in assisting me to setup the program on Windows and Android devices. Bonus features include proxy support and DNS tunneling, I really enjoyed using their service.

Incredibly incompentent technical support. They ignore messages, clearly having not read the details, and simply refuse to believe the customer, trying to gaslight them instead. I'm not sure if its purely incompentence, it almost seems low-key malicious.

Aside from that, on rare occasion the service does work, it has consistent packet loss. Over multiple 24 hour test periods to different servers and using different vpn locations I averaged SEVEN percent packet loss.

Forget this service unless you want overpriced low speed laggy, packet loss connections with extremele incompentent staff who can't even be bothered to read your messages (and since there is no chat or call option you are lucky to get 1 useless message a day meaning it can take weeks to resolve basic issues, if ever).

Stay away from this company. They have terrible business practices. The speeds are terrible, constantly lagging and ending my zoom calls. Also, on July 10, 2023, due to their failure to properly maintain their infrastructure and failure to comply with local safety regulations, they caused a fire in their server room, which lead to an outage of service for DAYS. I was without service for 2-3 days because of this and had to find an alternative provider, then they wouldn’t even give me a refund despite lack of any service! Customers should not be forced to pay the consequences of a company’s incompetence. They stole my money and my trust. Super scummy.

I'm using the business residential for work and its not that good at all. The only issue with this website is its bandwidth its like I'm using dial up. constant lag, Random disconnects and don't bother trying to join a zoom meeting with it on because if there is more than 1 or 2 people in the meeting the proxy will lag you out of the meeting.

Tragic mobile speeds of 0.7mbps in Germany plus unstable service that stops working all of the sudden. For the price of almost 50 euros per month it is outrageous to offer this service.

Update: just noticed the mobile speed now is around 5mbps trying to make it work for my needs with this speed, if the service was stable I would be greatful

The ips are flagged as data center even if i bought the residential ones and they are not giving me refund saying that they don't do it for residential vpns [but are not even residential!!] SCAM!! stay away from this
