They don't really listen to your preferences. I feel like someone just goes down the line and picks sizes without keeping your preference in mind.

"Concierge" Representatives and "Stylists" what a joke

Once you have an issue with "concierge" they will not allow you to talk with anyone else. Talked with Alexis regarding my last Trustpilot review. She was the one that said I would have a different "stylist". Also, she was one that said she was a "lead" concierge rep. Shocking once they switched to their "lead stylist" Hertha that return rate was 83% of the items then was switched back to the "stylist" before, Sabrina, that would send black and grey items and once again received garbage. Specifically colors I asked not to receive. Yes, Sabrina once again sent grey items. Prior to that was told do not send me a dark blue, black or grey sport coat, what did I get a dark blue sport coat. Wish I could share pictures on here. The response "We do not alter member information to misrepresent prior conversations," is BS and they have done nothing about my concerns. I have pictures showing my account was changed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!
They do not listen to the customer, they send pathetic outlet quality clothes and will not give a refund.

Alexis, why was Sabrina put back on my account? Why won't you let me talk with your boss or whoever is above the "concierge" section?

BUYER BEWARE- Research all their 1 Star Reviews

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t walk, RUN AWAY! This company is a shady company and has very sketchy policies around “Customer Satisfaction and Refunds”

I was shocked at how many 1 & 2 Star reviews they have online and highly recommend you don’t take my word for it. Please “Vet” this company before you decide to do business with them.

This company is a complete ripoff. I paid $300 and received a box filled with nothing but cheap, basic t-shirts and one pair of pants—absolutely nowhere near the value they promise. There was nothing curated or premium about it. It felt like they just threw together leftover inventory and called it a day.

What makes it worse is their shady business practices. I tried to cancel my order before it even shipped, and they ignored the request and sent it anyway. Then, of course, they hide behind a “no refund” policy, refusing to make it right. Convenient for them, terrible for customers.

Customer service is useless—no accountability, no solutions, just scripted responses and zero effort to help.

Shipping took forever, which just added to the frustration of an already awful experience.

This company does not care about its customers. They care about taking your money and locking you into a no-refund situation with overpriced, low-quality clothing.

Do yourself a favor: run the other way and spend your money with a company that actually values its customers.

After reviewing your account, we did want to clarify a couple of things. In your initial message, you mentioned that you had canceled your order prior to shipment; however, this was your first order with us so that could not be possible.

As outlined on our site, we currently offer an exchange-based policy rather than refunds, and we did offer you an exchange so we could make this right within those guidelines. Our goal is always to ensure you receive pieces you’re excited about, and exchanges are the best way for us to do that.

Additionally, we noticed that your style profile is currently blank. This information is a key part of how our stylists curate each box, and completing it can significantly improve the selections you receive.

That said, we truly regret that your first experience didn’t meet expectations. We’d still love the opportunity to turn this around for you and get you items that better match your style and preferences.

Received my very 1st order within a…

Received my very 1st order within a couple of weeks. With my order came a letter from the stylist explaining the items in the box and how to pair them together. I've used a similar service and never received anything of the like. Clothes are quality and fit well. I highly recommend giving them a go.
