Too high of cost for the late arrival. My driver was great and don’t blame him but would use a different service company next time.

Dear Sir, our records indicate that your ride was only 8 minutes (eight minutes) late, due to traffic conditions, thus we don't understand the unwarranted 1-star review. I can see here that we've already issued a $5 credit to your Taxi Profile for any inconvenience and you were notified thereof. Unless we are missing something, this review seems unreasonable, and we suggest removing it. In future, please schedule a ride in advance and your ride will be guaranteed to arrive on time, despite traffic. Thanks for your understanding and support,

We called several days in advance to line up a taxi to meet us at our destination. They said they would arrive 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. We arrived 45 minutes early and called to let them know that we had arrived and asked if they could come sooner. Within minutes, our driver arrived. Great service! Very reliable. Would recommend them to everyone. Definitely will use the service again.

You did inform us of your many luggage pieces and we are sorry that it could not fit. Our dispatcher immediately offered to send you an additional vehicle at no extra cost, to arrive within 10 minutes, but you declined the offer. Incredibly frustrating experience. Car seat request.
I did not have a good experience. I reached out a few days ahead of my planned arrival to secure a car with car seat as I was traveling with my infant. I was quoted an amount and told to call when I arrive. I called upon my arrival where my flight got in 20m earlier which was great. I was told the car would arrive in 28m and sent the link to pay to confirm. The amount was far more expensive than what I was quoted a few days earlier. Every few minutes the arrival time delayed more and more. With an infant you can imagine how frustrating this became. Our ride came TWO hours later. There are limited options for a ride with car seat so I could not look elsewhere. Come to find out. Your company called an Uber. Had them go to your home to pick up the car seat THEN pick me up. This was incredibly frustrating experience and I am looking for a refund I hope to resolve for this inconvenience.

We've reviewed the phone calls and other logs with this client and this review is completely inaccurate and unwarranted. Correct, Erin called our company days ahead of her arrival and enquired regarding a Taxi with a Child Car Seat for her baby. She was given the exact cost and told that it is advisable to make a booking beforehand. But no, Erin decided to arrive at the airport unplanned with a crying baby in her arms, and then called us in a pickle. As Erin has indicated, Car Seat rides are extremely limited in the area she booked and we were the only provider who could assist her, especially considering her poor planning. Erin's ride was dispatched immediately upon her payment and she received a quality vehicle and quality driver. Erin had to wait for the driver to arrive - which took 10 minutes longer than what was expected. If only Erin had booked her ride in advance, our company would have monitored her flight and ensured her driver was waiting for them at the airport. Erin is hoping for a refund for a seamless experience that was provided according to expectations.
Drivers are sometimes limited in certain areas, and as per our Terms of Service, we may use third parties to avoid delayed pickups.
Erin received perfect service and then complained.
Don't be an Erin.

This is my regular ride company. They always do right by me and accommodate my erratic schedule. I always get a pleasant driver and the cars are pretty nice in general. Often. Get sent a suv or something even nicer
