Lovely holiday home
Lovely holiday home, situated close to supermarkets, bus stop and Penzance. Very well organised. Very comfortable beds and sofas. Great communication with Kerry. Definitely recommend.

A restful room
We stayed for 3 nights and just cannot complain about anything.

Whilst the decor is a bit dated don't let this put you off. The rooms are squeaky clean, the bed really comfortable, proper mugs in the rooms with a nice selection of teas and coffees. There was a very thoughtful breakfast basket and the shower was powerful. We are at the pub in the evening and the food was delicious. Highly recommend. We come to Redruth quite often for archery competitions and will be back to stay here.

Great food, the steak and ale pie is delicious, the hotel clean and tidy, great little touches for food and drink in the room to keep me going for the day, nice and friendly locals and staff, a nice little area too. A great experience.

Great place, good size rooms and friendly staff. 2nd time stay for us. Was nice to see the breakfast basket which was refilled every day.

Clean room and comfortable beds
Clean room and comfortable beds . Easy check in. A fan would have been appreciated in the current weather and there was no shower gel provided which would have been good.

Friendly staff at Tricky's
Friendly staff, a clean and quiet room and a reasonable price. Breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

kept us fully informed
Staff kept us fully informed prior to our visit. Accommodation separate from the pub was quiet and comfortable. Food in the pub was great. Very easy to check in and out. Good experience and great for an overnight stay. Longer stays may want more but for quiet overnight or short stays highly recommended

Trickys Hotel
Stayed at Trickys Hotel for work. Food and pub is really nice. Hotel rooms could do with a refurb as is very dated. No heating in rooms to dry off towels and floor mat in shower. Also no breakfast served.

We only stayed one night
We only stayed one night. The room was well prepared and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback was there were no breakfast facilities. We don't have a car and given Trickies is a little bit out of the way that made it awkward. But the evening meal we had in the pub was very good.

Quiet, comfortable and helpful staff
When we arrived the member of staff in the inn was very helpful and showed us where to go and all the information we needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed and a lovely view over the fields. The facilities were good. We were only there overnight but would definitely stay again as it was very comfortable and quiet.
The food, I'm told, is very good, but because of the short time there, we did not experience it.

I wouldn’t rush back
It was ok in that it was clean but I wouldn’t rush back. You have to pay full price as a solo traveller. I had to queue for ages at an absolutey packed bar to get a key - there was nobody on reception at the hotel during my stay- again not very pleasant for a solo female traveller. It was hot but I didn’t feel safe to have my window open overnight as someone could easily have climbed in. And then in the morning there was no hot water for a shower- not a great start to the day.
