Stay Safe Locksmiths Avis

Nice lad, responded quick, great work. Highly recommend.

Very professional arrived on time. Very pleased with the work he did, would definitely recommend.

I'd really recommend James for anyone local/nearby to the Seghill/Cramlington area if they require any locksmith work.

My door wouldn't lock and James was able to pop to where I live within hours (earlier than expected). Quick and efficient work and high quality. No problems at all. I was also happy with the price.

Amazing service!

Fixed my broken lock in no time and gave helpful advice to avoid future issues. Really friendly and quick to reply to messages

We got a prompt and excellent service from James. Would highly recommend, professional and quick job. Thank you for saving our night!

James was friendly and helpful from our first conversation. He fixed our issue and showed us what to do if it happened again.
Reliable and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending him. 5 star for service 😃 happy customers.

James arrived very promptly after my initial call despite the time of evening. Quickly established what the problem was and the quoted price prior to work commencing was what I was charged at the end. Fully explained to me the potential causes and demonstrated some simple maintenance for me to prolong the lifespan of my door going forward. Couldn't be happier with whole process from me making the first call to completion of job which was within an hour.

Very friendly and helpful, would thoroughly recommend

Excellent service provided by James from Stay Safe. Quick and efficient replacement of faulty door lock at a fair price. Went above and beyond to prevent the door from sticking. Highly recommended

Instant communication and came the same day. The work was excellent, as was the price. Very friendly and professional, cannot recommend them enough

Needed a new front door lock. Was impressed with James on telephone prior to appointment. Arrived on time was courteous & polite explaining clearly and concisely what the problem was and options to rectify.
New mechanism fitted within an hour at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend & use in future if required.

Needed my front door lock changed on extremely short notice, James was extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble
Was over within the hour to change the lock and explained everything so clearly
Couldn't recommend enough and will be definitely be using again if I need to!!
Thank you James!!

A good job done quickly and for a good price. Highly recommend.

After a dodgy key cut had us locked out of our home on a Friday night we called Stay Safe out to get us back in the house. The locksmith James was really friendly and knowledgable, drove all the way to Seaham from Whitley Bay for a very reasonable price and we were back in the house within about 4 minutes of him arriving. The whole ordeal lasted less than an hour, which is perfect for how far away he was when we called. 10/10 would highly recommend and contact James again if/when needed. Thank you so much.

Amazing service by James came out really quickly and got me into the house in under 5 mins with out any damage.

We had problems with 2 of our doors recently. Contacted James who came out to have a look. He was able to fix one of them while he was here even though it was a difficult job, he wouldn’t leave it until it was sorted. He ordered a part for the other door and kept us informed of when he’d be arriving a couple of days later. Overall James was very polite and very friendly and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to others.

James has done 2 jobs for me over the past few months fixing both my patio door and front door. Both jobs were done quick and easy, friendly service and a very fair price. Would recommend first to everyone and will use for any future work 😊

Just had James come to resolve an issue we had locking our door. He fixed the door without need for additional parts. James kept in touch to let us know when he would be arriving.
He was both helpful and pleasant explaining what had been done and a bit of a guide on ongoing maintenance.
When next I need a locksmith I’ll be sure to call James.

James was fab! So helpful and quick. Called him on the morning to ask about my window lock and he was there by 4pm and fixed by 5pm. He highlighted what wouldn’t be needed and saved me money too. Much appreciated!!
