They sent me the wrong product, have no phone customer service, and their email customer service insists that I have to pay for return shipping myself to fix their error… I’ll be disputing the credit card charge because these people are either incompetent or scam artists

I still have NOT received the CREDIT for my return!!!!! Even though I received an email notifying me that I will be refunded, the DEBIT was put through and NOT A CREDIT!!!!!!! I need my REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!! I’m feeling that this is a scam website!!! It took FOREVER to get concise instructions on how to do the return & now I have NOT BEEN CREDITED BACK!!!!!!!!

Warning: This company is not in the U. S. One easy way to tell is they ship DHL who only ship internationally. Once the package reaches the U. S., DHL, DHL hands the package off the either the USPS or another U. S. Delivery company. No signatures are required upon shipping, DHL's transfer to the US shipper... So you have to try to get info out of their tracking system.

Do not buy from this company! The prices are cheap but quality control is non existent. I ordered 30 ties, the stuffed them in a single bag and they showed up wrinkled. Why would you do that?
