I ordered a Forged Carrier wallet on December 10th, 2025. It is now April 3rd aand I still did not receive anything, no answers to my message. Nothing.

I purchased a cover in December 20 25 for $54. It is March 2026. I have written email after email after email and tried to call no phone number and no one ever calls me back. I never received my cover and never received a credit. Do not buy anything from this company.

Ordered the phone case on January 31, 2026; there is no shipping information, and there has been no response from the company to my emails. Tried going through the site on their Contact Us page, and every time I do the Captcha, it resets. It won't let you move past that and submit your question. This is the worst company for customer support. This is a complete fraud. You can't get a hold of anyone there. Money lost!

order on 2 January 2026 in express. I received the order confirmation and nothing more. 5 to 12 days to receive it and nothing. I contacted them several times without answers. Absolutely avoided!

i would rate 0 if i could! do not trust this site!! my boyfriend ordered over a year ago ( to which it did take a while to come but did receive his order ) so when i tried to place another order i didn’t expect to have any issues, so i didn’t read the reviews ( to which i now wish i did!). I politely contacted the company numerous times to which i never heard anything back. Luckily i was able to dispute with my bank and did receive my money back! ( not from the company themselves)

Ich habe bereits 2 Mal meine Handyhülle versucht dort zu bestellen. Beim ersten Mal habe ich nach den 12 Tagen, wo sie eigentlich ankommen sollte, eine E-Mail geschrieben und glücklicherweise mein Geld zurückbekommen. Beim zweiten Versuch, den ich jetzt vor kurzem getätigt habe, habe ich währenddessen schon öfter mal E-Mails hingeschickt und bin jetzt so denke ich schon, bei dem fünfzehnten Tag, also 3 Tage nach dem die Handyhülle eigentlich hätte ankommen sollen und ich habe weder Handyhülle noch Geld erhalten.

Never received our order thar was placed over a month ago. Never got a confirmation email. They don't respond to communication attempts. We disputed the charge with our bank. Seems like a scam.

Op 3 April een nieuw hoesje besteld en betaald. Nooit ontvangen! Krijg 1 x antwoord dat het onderweg is er erna hoor je hier niets meer van!

Would give zero stars if I could. I wish I saw these reviews before I wasted my money. I ordered a phone case for my son in July and have not received my order. I also have not had anyone respond to my emails. This company is a scam. Do not buy anything from them.

Zero stars if I could. Ordered a case 2 months ago, paid for express shipping, and still haven’t received it. They do not respond to emails or chats on their website either, even though they claim they respond within 12 hours.

It's been over a Month and I still haven't gotten my Order yet. They also don't respond to any Email I write them.

Non existent costumer service! My case got delivered to the wrong address. The post office couldn’t get it back. I paid for shipping protection and got a letter from the post office, but after trying to get ahold of stealth carbon fiber for 3 weeks I still haven’t heard from them at all.

Ordered a phone case as a gift for my boyfriend, received a confirmation email, weeks later and still no update. Sent multiple emails about it, never received a response back. For how expensive the phone cases are, you’d expect at least some decent customer service. Don’t waste your money or your time. Ordered from the same website 2 years ago and everything was fine. They must be slacking this year

Best customer service ever, better than Amazon. The quality of the case is so much better than all the others I've tried, carbon fiber is genuine which is hard to find, magsafe is nice and strong And for the price it's definitely worth it. I will definitely be advocating for this company.

Ordered Phone Case Jan 1, no updates for weeks.

Upon reaching out company informed me they were delayed due to holiday orders.

2 1/2 weeks later after no updates, reached out for any update on the order - no response from the team, received a cancellation email moments later with no explanation. Will avoid in the future.
