Great Support

Having the back end fully managed is a huge relief, especially when you're working solo. I'll be honest — support was hit or miss early on, but that changed completely when I started working with Pawel. He's been exceptional: responsive, thorough, and genuinely friendly, often following up on things I didn't even realize had slipped through the cracks. Building your own site and course from scratch is a steep learning curve, and having someone in your corner who actually cares makes all the difference.

I was pushed into using Stellar by…

I was pushed into using Stellar by Kadence Themes sales person. Worst Mistake of my life. I was going to leave Hosting.com which has 24-hour phone support and fantastic staff (almost always American people), for Stellar which has no phone support, is ineffective with communication and extremely slow with migration. I have never had anyone take five days to migrate a site. Fortunately for me,their slow pace saved me, and I was able to stop migration. Don't make the same mistake. Want Quality, Service, English speaking help and sense of security you use Hosting.com not StellarSites.

Hey Peggy! Amanda here - we spoke last week on Tuesday 10/28 about your goals, it was really nice connecting with you and learning about your artwork! I recommended the StellarSites Shop Plan for your WooCommerce site and you purchase shortly afterwards.

We received your site migration request on 10/30 which our team immediately followed up on.

We don't work on migrations over the weekend, as our support team that offers that free service is available Monday - Friday with emergency support available on weekends.

Had we had the opportunity to connect with you today before your refund request, the migration would have been completed today.

I 100% get that you needed to move fast with your migration and I hear you. I've definitely made note that we need to state clearly when migrations will take place (that they will not happen over the weekend). I appreciate your feedback.

Pawel was a huge help to me

Pawel was a huge help to me, with excellent customer service in online tech support. He was fast, responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I explained the problem, which was mostly due my inexperience, and he resolved the issue and provided clear and easy to understand responses. Thank you!

Great support, great communication and quick. I felt guided through the support process and never felt like my questions we not going to be solved.

Easy Contact via Email

As a beginner to StellarSites, I found some of the steps to be overwhelming, and it was nice knowing that all I had to do was hit "reply" on my welcome email to ask for help, which I did one evening. The next morning, I found an email from their tech team providing detailed instructions to assist. I'm keeping those for future reference, too.
