I have just finished my customer service and employability course with step ahead. John was my tutor, he has been excellent as an assessor. He explained in details all the aspects of customer service. It has been a very informative experience for me that has increased my knowledge and confidence.

Quality course delivered by quality mentor

I got an excellent mentor/ tutor John Whitehouse for my two courses. He was friendly, approachable, easy to understand, accommodating and very informative in regards to the content of the respective courses. Quality trainer with quality courses that help in a huge way to regain our skills and be abridged with more relevant skills.

Great content and helpful insights!

Good recommendation for this course

I completed The Level 1 & 2 in Customer service and Employability Course with Step Ahead Amos was my tutor and he provided us with all the information we needed to fully understand every aspect of delivering good customer service. He showed great support and a lot of patience. Overall the course was a good experience and one that I will recommend if you need to upskill or want to learn how to deliver good customer service.

I completed two courses

I completed two courses, Level 1 and 2, in Customer Service and Employability with Step Ahead. I had a great experience with these courses. I learned a lot and feel more confident as a result. Mr. Amos, the tutor, was clear and calm with us. He used simple and effective examples that helped us throughout the course. I highly recommend training with him as he is a professional.
