I purchased a pair of trainers back in June/July and when I got them did not fit and poor quality. I have sent numerous emails requesting a full refund, I received many emails back with apologies. Also saying they would process the refund, up to now near end of September still nothing. It's a dam disgrace and totally unprofessional how I been treated by the company. Others should take notes and do not purchase anything from them as they are not customer friendly.

I believe this company is a scam. I never received my order after 6 weeks. Contacted them twice, but no reply. Do not order from them!

The trainers they sold me looked good in the advertisement but cheap anf tacky on arrival. I have been dealing with Step Align for over a fortnight now and am still unable to get them to firstly offer my money back not even a return address! Its been a fight that i can no longer front. Stay away would be my advice, especially when the offer was 2 pairs for the price of 1 at a cost of £54.90. I have since seen them selling on Amazon for £10.99. Im gutted.

I received two pairs of trainers on 8/6/26.They were too small so the emailed them to received an email back saying they are reviewing my case. I have contacted them half a dozen times without success .9 weeks later no result.This company is pathetic re customer services .I just want to return the items and receive my money back .Fo not order from this company total rip off

The worst company to buy the shoes from, they show you something and sends you something else they don't even refund you your money, total scam, It's been like a month they only say your request is in review that's all I dont even know how they still keeping up with all this, and the funny part is they have the good best paid review on the website. I have report this shop stay away from them, but what I dont understand is why they are still allowed at the Shop app and they are allowed to have a website. They are fake and they only scam people.

Total bunch of crooks. I ordered two pairs, found out off my partner she had already ordered some from a different source, and cancelled within 10 minutes with an apologetic email. That was on the 11th of June, I'm still waiting for the refund.
Numerous emails back and forth, stupid excuses, stupid offers of a free pair of shoes, reason upon reason upon reason, but no bloody refund. This is a pure con. I haven't even had the shoes, if there were any at all, even though I had an email saying they had been shipped.
Don't even consider buying from these con merchants, you can get way better shoes from local shops.
You have been warned!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. These are scam artists.
Ordered and paid for shoes, within 2 days tracked and tracker (SHOP) said that shoes had been delivered, NOT SO.
Contacted Stepalign by e-mail 4 times to report no shoe delivery no replies.
4th e-mail to request cancellation and refund NO REPLY.
I would give them -10 stars if I could.

I'd give 0 if it was possible. Awful products that looks like it's been made out of plastic bags, certainly look nothing like the adverts. I have no confidence that I will ever get a refund, as the response from their customer relations is applying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They arrived with one of them broken.

Emailed to explain and support mailbox doesn't exist.
I've got flat feet.
I've never worn anything feeling less supportive than these. Ultra thin sole which feels every stone under foot causes agony. Absolutely no benefit and you can't send them.back if the email is non existent.
1 month in soles falling off and excessively worn.
Do NOT waste your money people.

Avoid like the plague.
They use many company names to sell the same shoddy footwear.
Ill-fitting, sizes are not accurate.
Uncomfortable and plastic not the descibed leather.
Give you the runaround when you complain, and have completely failed to refund my money.
I've reported them to Trading standards and my credit card company.

They don't even deserve 1 star!!!! Stay away from this company!!!! They con you into buying cheap rubbish say they do returns but once they get your money for get getting a refund out them. Asked PayPal to step in and help and they don't because this company fills them with rubbish. DO NOT buy from them shoes arrive in plastic bags and not boxes. Honestly it is cheap rubbish from China please fo not oder from them. They will ignore your emails requesting refund then they offer you other cheap rubbish shoes!!!! So they will never ever refund your money!! And PayPal will not help you to get a refund can't believe they allow this company to use PayPal. So please do not get conned into buying more than 2 pairs as they will try their hardest to get you buy more than 2!!! There is nothing good about their shoes nothing cheap cheap tack from China!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought two pairs of what looked like quality trainers. The items that arrived were of extremely cheap materials, both packed in clear plastic bags, not boxes, and not as described in terms of colour, or description.
Customer Services comes across as very concerned, but ultimately, emails are few and far between, with days and days in between......very concerned and want to find a solution to my predicament?? More like stalling and ignoring tactics.....
Should not be selling this cheap and nasty Chinese tat.

I have tried both email addresses and failure to receive. I am wanting help to track my order and get an update or status. I don’t know how else to get a hold of the company. I am not confident that I will receive my order.

Terrible experience, shoes are dreadful quality, you can buy better from Primark. There is NO support whatsoever and the one pair is split in the middle. We have attempted to get a refund immediately after delivery and the response was gushing with apologies and they are ‘looking into it’ that was weeks ago. We have been trying to contact them but are now being ignored. Don’t go anywhere near them.
