If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It's so hard to come across doctors and people who care about your health and recovery. Valeriya Gessner is the most amazing lady I have come across in the health system. I can't express my gratitude enough for her help through this hard time I'm having. If your having a hard time with your recovery and looking for a healthcare place your in amazing hands.

They have been very helpful to me. Asked alot of questions and I was truthful with my answers.. I have to be truthful or I'm not going to get better. I will stay with Step Free recovery and continue to get better. thank you Kathie

The staff was so kind and understanding. I have never felt so comfortable. From the first phone call I received for help until getting the medicine to the pharmacy. They took care of me within hours and genuinely cared.

Val is an angel. I was really desperate for help. She was able to see me and have medication sent to the pharmacy all in the same day. She calls to check on me often just to make sure I am still doing well. My life was quickly spiraling out of control and she was able to drastically change the direction I was headed in, within 24hrs. I will be forever grateful to her.

Val, is someone I only met 5 days ago, but I know I will remember her forever.
She met me head on. We zoomed with my husband. She asked me direct questions and I gave her direct answers. She wrote some prescriptions to Detox me and the next morning I woke up completely detoxed of opioids. After taking morphine and Percocet daily for almost 6 years. I was taking what is normally prescribed to terminal cancer patients.
In 2018, I was in a car crash and “internally decapitated”.

I was in Texas visiting family and had forgot to have my Suboxone script filled before leaving my home state and found myself in a pretty bad situation as I had already taken my last dose yesterday. SFR was the 5th suboxone doctor I called, and they immediately got me in. I did a video call with Valeria and she was so nice and understanding and seemed like she actually CARED that I was with in withdrawal and couldn't wait until next week, or even until the next day. She saw me at 8pm at night and stayed up late to wait for me to pick up my Rx and then take my dose to make sure I felt better. It's the best experience I ever had with a sub doc.
