Didn’t help me get any job.. u can do job coaching but they cut u off after a few months… there’s no job placement if u can’t find a job tough luck you’re on your own. I posted another review but it disappeared that’s why I’m posting again. I feel my voice deserves to be heard.

Great program and supportive learning experience
I’ve had a great experience with Stepful so far. The program is well organized and easy to follow, especially for someone pursuing a career as a medical assistant. The instructors are supportive, and the lessons are clear and practical. I also appreciate how flexible the schedule is, which makes it easier to balance with other responsibilities. Overall, Stepful is doing a great job preparing me for my CCMA certification, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

The content was very thorough and engaging. I feel like I learned about what it takes to be a pharmacy technician. Dr. Nicky was very enthusiastic and presented the information very well.

The classroom atmosphere even though it was online it was open for learning.

I love the concept of all that Stepful does and the group projects are cool but my thing is if you have other ppl that don’t do their share in the group they need to make that a bit better. Overall, love it.

I absolutely love Stepful. The only thing I hate is that I didn't take the step sooner. The staff and coaches are so knowledge, polite, and follow-up with student just to check in and keep them on track. I have a concern during my first 7-weeks. It was quickly handled and continued.

It’s actually really good. The program is easy to understand and the lessons are clear. I like how everything is organized step by step, which makes learning less stressful. It helped me feel more confident about becoming a pharmacy technician. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend it.

Great school they are extremely helpful the cost won’t put you in debt it’s affordable and they work with you. The programs don’t take a long time to complete so you can get into the medical field and have a career. They help you every step of the way. The service is amazing you cannot fail with Stepful

Very good teacher

My coach helped me every step of the way in detail. Crystal was flexible with making time for me when I needed it. I was given updated jobs to apply to weekly in my area, and any questions I had Crystal answered promptly. On the other hand, Tracye fed that fire that is already inside of you in weekly live sessions, pushing you out of your comfort zone and staying respectful of your time. She made sure you understood the importance of first impressions, and being prepared. We did live group activities during the sessions where she provided constructive feedback that we all gained from. Most of the group was hired after their first session, because they used all of the expanded resources provided by stepful.

Everything is so helpful. You met great people and my instructor was great. She made it much easier and she’s always there when we need her. It’s very flexible with my schedule. No complaints.

The instructor Ms.Melanie is awesome

I was thinking it’s impossible to take this course online with Stepful. I’m like it’s not real until I try and now I’m ready for a new career.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The material is very clearly explained and instructors will go the extra mile for whatever you need.

Overall great experience with Stepful, instructor has been nothing but amazing, understanding, supportive, the platform of assignments are easy to grasp. Very straight forward. Looking forward to see what the next few weeks bring

I absolutely loved Miss L.. I have been to school more than once and the patients that woman has is remarkable. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to teach all levels of learning. So thank you to her!

My biggest issue would be the communication between my coach and I. I still to this day have no idea who they were. I would send an email and/or text and receive answers from different respondents. That was tough. I felt like I needed to explain a question again to the next person. Also, I’d ask a question through the classroom and it would just take way too long for a response.

There was confusion around externship hours. I was told I needed the 80 hours of externship as it is part of the program and I wouldn’t be finished with the program until those were completed. I had a lot of stress around this as I couldn’t find a site. Once I found out the hrs were for my benefit and experience and I had already graduated the program regardless of the hours, I secured a job with home health right away. But there was definitely a good gap of time I wasted stressing on this.
