Received pair of walking shoes in reasonable time. Tried them on and found the stiching inside to be huge and cutting my feet as I walked. Wrote immediately that I wanted to return. Customer sevice began to give me the run around. This is a deceptive company that tries to hide and will not refund your money. There is only an email for contact. Deserves ZERO stars. Stay away.

My advice for anyone thinking of buying shoes from this website would be not to do it. Website looks nice and well organized. Products definitely appear to be top of the line, with the claim of these shoes being handmade leather. I purchased 2 pair of the Men’s Casual Hand Stitching Leather Arch Support Shoes. Looking at the site, these shoes look suitable, but once they were delivered, I knew I had been deceived and ripped off. These shoes arrived in a bag that had been taped with both pair of shoes…who does that? The next giveaway that I had been ripped off was that while the shoes were advertised as leather, these shoes are actually made of fake leather, with no arch support. I didn’t bother to reach out to customer service because I had read in another review, any returns would have to be shipped to China, which the company could not facilitate…what a Rip Off.

In search of wedding shoes, I stumbled into Stepmodo. The shop has a fantastic appearance, and the prices are reasonable considering the quality of the craftsmanship. In the end, I had a stylish pair of double monks. I'm deducting one star because my size was initially out of stock and had to be ordered, but the team's communication was great all the way through.

I’m on my feet most of the day for work, so I usually prioritize function over fashion. Stepmodo manages to do both. The insoles provide great support, and the boots look sharp. I wish they carried a few more wide-width options in-store, but overall, it’s a solid spot for high-quality footwear.

I bought a pair of shoes from Stepmodo, the quality of the leather is not real shoe leather, it is the type that cheap leather jackets are made from, which is totally unsuitable, more like house slippers. I tried to return them and get a full refund, but I found that I would have to pay to return them back to China, as they are not based in the UK as their web site stated, so toal lies to fool you into buying from them. Take my advise, do not buy from them, if you do you will not be happy.
