Terrible company

Terrible company, and a FRAUD

I only purchased a course for £9.99 and then was charged £29.99, which is a complete waste as the course is terrible, the platform doesn't work properly and I could easily find all this info (which is likely generated by AI in itself, by using ChatGPT.

Complete scam, do not purchase.

How much longer are these jokers going to get away with it, they will likely just close the platform set up a new one and continue to con and rob people with their poor quality courses.

I got my refund very quickly.

I took the subscription and and later one I figured out this is not something I was looking for. I totally forgot to cancel my subscription and a week later I was charged. I contacted the customer support and told them this not something I was looking for so cancel my subscription and give them refund. They replied back within few minutes and gave me the refund instantly. I was very happy and product was also good but it was not what I was trying to achieve and I didn't realize that I subscribing for wrong thing. But yeah if I need it was a an awesome course for someone who is interested in AI content creation and automation. Highly recommend and very satisfied.

Cheaters. The advertisement mentioned lifetime access to a course for $9.99, and after payment, mentioned that a monthly fee of $29.99 after one week.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. A primitive website disguising itself as an AI learning platform, and a very basic one at that. During registration, it stated that a monthly subscription would be charged after some time. Since I am already familiar with this type of scam website, I canceled any possible subscription immediately after registering and turned it off. This is clearly shown in my account dashboard.

Nevertheless, after some time, a $39.99 charge appeared on my card. In other words, if you simply register on the site, it does not matter whether you agreed to the subscription or canceled it — they will still try to charge you. This is blatant fraud.
No real contact details are provided either. Finding any contact information requires effort, and the only thing available is an email address hidden in the Terms of Use, while "the mail that you sent is prohibited by the user or domain policy", so it is unreachable.

Upd: The explanation is complete bullshit, because in reality, when you come to their site through the $9.99 promo offer, it clearly says that a subscription will be activated after the grace period, and that if you do not want it, you can cancel it. I canceled it immediately, right away, because I know these kinds of scam websites like this one that later keep trying to charge you recurring subscriptions that are impossible to stop.

The claim that there is an address on the site you need to contact in order to cancel the subscription already shows that this is a scam site. It means the subscription is activated automatically, and you cannot cancel it in any normal way except by contacting support. But in reality, it is impossible to find any support address anywhere on the site. I only found it buried in the mandatory Terms of Service file, and that address does not even work. When you write to it, you receive a message saying that the address cannot be reached.A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. "This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:
The user or domain that you are sending to (or from) has a policy that prohibited the mail that you sent."

That once again proves that this website is completely fraudulent.

Two points worth addressing so you and anyone reading gets the full picture:

On the charge. Step Two AI doesn't have an in-app cancellation toggle on the user dashboard. All subscription cancellations are handled by our support team and the $39.99/month renewal is disclosed on the checkout page in a callout before payment, not hidden in fine print. Whatever setting you turned off in your account, it wasn't the subscription itself, which is why the charge went through after the trial ended.

On contact info. We have a dedicated Contact Us button in the site navigation, a contact section in the footer, and support addresses listed in the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If an email bounced with a "prohibited by user or domain policy" error, that usually means the message was blocked by your mail provider or a typo in the address - please forward the bounce message to us and we'll look into it right away. The addresses we publish are live and monitored daily.

Please email us at support@steptwo.ai (or use the Contact Us button on the site) with your order reference — we'll refund the $39.99 and confirm the cancellation today.

Your Fraudulent Charge of My Credit Card

One thing I don't tolerate is companies taking money from someone's account without notification. This is a fraudulent act which as a Certified Fraud Examiner ,I will be following up. You took $39 from my account without consent and notice. Upon reaching to you, you started pumping me with email. Where was the email before you took money from my account. I am escalating this.

UTTERLY RUBBISH An AI-based experience which does not make any sense is just a rip-off. The content is worse than I've ever seen, and there is no way to cancel the subscription on the platform itself. Just avoid it all, as your money and time are at risk.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware! This is a scam company or a single scammer operating behind the computer, using agents, avatars etc to hype you up, sign up and get access to your bank account. They sell 9.99 AI video course which in fact is just a series of short texts with by chat Gpt. They lie about about every lesson being 10 min, but in fact it’s a few secondd it couple of min max. Of reading, no video. Next you know they sneak in a membership to non-existing entity. The overhyped META advertisement is outrageously deceptive and fraudulent because none is delivered, there is no info on membership, nobody disclose, I just catch another their fake ad and made snapshots of each lies and misleading words used. Their 100% warranty of satisfaction or money refund is fake, their customer service run most likely by bots, never answer any questions ignore it requests and their response are vague, unrelated and they lied in your face. This is the worse I have seen in years
