Jason was really helpful my survey was incredibly detailed and helpful. We booked a call and were able to talk through all the points that came up and my questions. Around 2/3 months later I got in touch for more advice and Jason booked in another call with me to talk me through it. Would use Steren Surveyors again

We instructed Steren to carry out a level 3 Survey for us on a property, we asked for 3 areas to be specifically looked at, 1 being was the water flowing when the taps were turned on and toilets flushed as it was a 2nd home and unoccupied for 5 months, the Estate agents turned the mains on for the surveyor however he forgot to turn anything on. Also forgot to look at the LPG tank, we had to request they return to finish the survey we had paid for. WOULDNT USE AGAIN.
In response to the reply, the survey was only sent out on the 10th working day at 21.00 due to 4 phone calls asking for it. It DID delay our house purchase. Please tell the truth when writing a reply.

Once we completed the inspection we called to inform you of all areas of concern to prevent any delays with your purchase. We then also liaised with you regarding further investigations due to defects found to ensure the quoted remedial works were fair for you.
We did have to revisit to re inspect services, however this did not delay your report delivery nor the in depth discussion you received after the re inspection regarding your report.
However, we wish you all the best with your new property.

This company were fantastic from start to finish. I was contacted promptly when left messages and always responded to in a professional and courteous manner.
Dan carried out the survey and explained the whole process. Following completion of the survey, went through everything in terms so I fully understood. I was given all the time I needed and was always accommodating when I needed to clarify or ask further questions. Nothing was too much trouble. He even looked up information whilst on the phone.
I cannot fault the service provided and such easy staff to communicate with. It was a pleasure and completely stress free. From my experience, I would recommend using these surveyors.
