Medal as good as everyone says.
Apart from confirmation of order no more communication from sterling mint until they wanted a review, It would have been nice to have had an email to say order sent out & due in a few days.
Had a phone call from a nice lady at Sterling Mint this morning to apologise that email to say order on way not sent due to technical fault. I confirmed with her that the medal was perfect & that I was pleased with it.

Excellent service and so fast. I received my Heroes of 2020: Essential Workers Medal just in time for a family get together where I presented it to my Daughter in Law who is a receptionist in our local GP practice and who has worked there throughout the whole period of this pandemic.
