Did have a problem, the nurse medal purchased was slightly damaged and hero card was not included. The help I received from your staff were very helpful, I received the hero card now, and waiting for the nurse medal to arrive.

My children, husband and myself all work for the NHS and as teachers so these coins will be a medal for each one of us as the NHS and teachers unions have not recognised our efforts during the covid pandemic. I am so proud of my family and myself that I feel this token is something to be proud of. I am just happy we are all still surviving even though the pandemic is not yet over.
