I liked your product in the newspaper…
I liked your product in the newspaper advert and sent off for a coin but I was a bit unsure who you were and whether you were trustworthy or not as I couldn't find out much about your firm and there was not much contact re my order by email. Also I had great difficulty securing the correct coin,/medal on line as although I found the one I wanted, when I went to checkout it kept saying I had opted for the expensive version which I didn't want. I ended up ringing the company to ask if you had sold out of the cheaper version. The person on the phone told me how to get the cheaper one to the checkout and I bought it. Whilst waiting for delivery I felt unsure if it would arrive as there was not much contact but it arrived and I was relieved and very pleased with the product. But was a bit worrying overall.

Attention to detail of photography is important
Although I was very impressed with the product and the person who received it as a gift for their birthday was absolutely delighted the photography gave impression that the blue and red parts of the design were enamel and not paper stuck to coin which I was a little disappointed about but did not make anything known to the recipient.
