The best two days training out there!
Just spent the last two days on the most incredible training with Steve, Helen, and the team. As someone who is keen to venture into property, my knowledge was minuscule - I now feel armed with the knowledge and motivation to take the next steps and start a new life in property investment. Without doubt, the best £99 I've ever spent.

It was a great training and very informative. The teachers were great, and they did an amazing job. i gave a 4 star because i think the academy is a bit price too high, thats just my opinion. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Steve and Helen are motivated and friendly and try to cover a lot in two days as clearly as possible but are always ready to answer questions! There was so much to take on board; I wrote 32 x A5 pages. Lots of fabulous information being given to us!

Steve does have a habit of going deeper on certain topics, and before you know it you’re running out of pages haha.

2day Wealth Accelerator - Exceeded expectations for the price
Property Wealth Accelerator - These 2 days were packed with actionable info and I learned alot. Steve is not pushy and there's no gate keeping. It's clear, no fluff and a beginner could take what they learn and start their property journey (even with no money). This definitely exceeded my expectations for £99.

That “no fluff” side of things is something we really focus on, keeping it clear, practical, and easy to follow so people can actually take action with it straight away. At the same time, we make sure to show the raw side as well, not just what works, but the mistakes people can run into and how to actually deal with them when they come up.

The two day training was amazing and…
The two day training was amazing and been very helpful and informative too. The down side I feel it is a bit of a sale for the academy too. Which, I would consider but don’t like to have to decide the same day not giving you time to take everything on board. Plus o was told the academy o ly started in 2025 yet the people coming on say they have been with Steve for sometime at least over 2 years

We completely understand your point about being asked to make a decision on the day. The Academy is introduced during an optional session for attendees who would like to understand what ongoing support looks like after the training. Many people choose to attend that session after expressing interest in learning more, and there is never any obligation to join. Many attendees attend the two days purely for education and clarity on strategy before deciding their next steps.
Just to clarify one point, the Academy itself is a newer structured programme, however Steve and our team of coaches have been coaching and supporting property investors for many years and members of the community have worked with him in different formats over that time. That’s likely what those attendees were referring to.

I wanted to share my experience with the Steve Doran Academy, as it’s genuinely been a turning point for us getting started in property.
The training has been incredibly valuable — practical, clear, and focused on actually taking action rather than just theory. It’s given us a solid foundation and a clear direction on how to move forward.
What’s made the biggest difference, though, are the 1:1 coaching sessions. Working with Andy Clayton & Richard has been invaluable. Their guidance has been supportive, honest, and grounded in real experience. They don’t just tell you what you want to hear — they give you the advice you need, which builds real confidence.
Because of that support, I now feel far more equipped and confident to go after what we’re trying to achieve in property.

Academy is amazing!
I joined the academy in October 2025 as a complete novice and the training provided is second to none. Not only are there comprehensive training material provided but Q&As from a variety of areas and support calls from dedicated coaches. My two most recent have been with Andrew Clayton and Richard Aylward. From both calls my questions have been answered, no question is a daft question, they supported me to understand my strategy better and provide clear actionable tasks for me to do to ensure that I continue to move forward on my journey. These coaching sessions are invaluable and I have received so much individual support through them. All of the coaches within the academy are amazing, and I feel lucky to have come across this academy, and joining is the best decision I have made. In addition the networking with other academy members gives additional support and even though I am doing my property journey on my own, I certainly don't feel alone!

Finally, proper property education that works.
I looked at a couple of property academies before joining, but none of them felt right too much “sell, sell, sell” or putting other academies down. Then I came across Steve Doran’s Property Academy, took the plunge, and honestly, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
The level of support, knowledge, and genuine care from the trainers is incredible, all of them go above and beyond. The one to one sessions alone are worth their weight in gold so thank you Richard Leonard, Helen, Andy Clayton, Ben, and of course Steve.
It’s made me realise something simple but powerful you train for most careers in life, yet so many people, myself included, go into property without really knowing what they’re doing. Since joining the Academy, I’ve learned so much and can clearly see the mistakes I made before. I only wish I had joined years ago.

As an experienced side-hustle property investor, developer and landlord that has learned and worked alone for 29 years, I found myself with lots of questions and aware that I had knowledge gaps, especially with all the legal and tax changes in this space.
