Bought an approved used Lexus, trading in our car in the process. Dealership dealt with us fairly and transparently throughout - from test drive, to negotiation on price, to prep and handover on exchange day. A pleasant experience and no complaints. Recommended.

Generally a good experience however too many instances of the salesperson having to talk to the manager which was annoying and prolonged the sales process far longer than it needed to be. Also since the sale an enquiry has gone unanswered.

Had been dealing with another Toyota dealership in Staffordshire. Although they did most of the ground work in getting us to move from Mazda to Toyota, they were struggling to get the model and colour of car we were after. Could see on Autotrader that the Steven Eagell Chelmsford branch had a car that we were looking for. As we were down in Essex visiting family, decided to drop in and see the car. Found the staff to be really helpful, and following a test drive decided to look no further and buy the car. Thanks to Shak Ahmad for making the purchase of the car quick and seamless, and also for his after sales support.

Brought the car for my wife main reason was I brought a car for myself earlier in the year.Their part exchange was very fair.
The team at Toyota were really helpful I did not feel pressured at all this was a big reason for us going back.
Harry looked after us on both sales a really helpful and knowledgeable young man.
The aftercare is very good as well checking that everything is going well.
Would recommend to anyone.

I had carried out a fair amount of online investigation in my search for a new motor. I had decided to go for a C-HR and Damien at Eagell Toyota in Worcester was quickly able to find me exactly what I was looking for. A test drive happened on my first visit and we agreed the deal on the spot. Everyone I saw at Eagell were friendly, Professional and were keen to supply the car I had set my heart on. The car is everything i expected and more. A very happy customer indeed!

I’m a new customer of Toyota, and I'm trying to find the stamped VIN/Chassis to go to several garages and people, but no one gives me any clues.
Then I have taken an appointment at the Toyota Dealer to show my car's stamped VIN. I visited Toyota today in Romford, RM3 0DZ, to find my stamped VIN/Chassis number in my vehicle.
In two minutes in the Toyota showroom, Mr Harry Merrion (sales) showed me the stamped VIN, and I was surprised. Within 10 mins I'm out of the Toyota showroom!!
