Wrong proof used - NO EFFORT TO MAKE RIGHT
I ordered once from this company and it was great. I attempted to become a repeat customer and was provided a second proof. I stated I was a repeat customer and would like the sticker proof I ordered the first time. I was given the confirmation and to my surprise the wrong proof was used. I promptly emailed Aaron (the support emaIl) on May 25th, and have been given minimal response. He stated on June 6th and June 25th that my stickers were being processed and I would receive email tracking soon. Here were are - July 10th and I followed up with him regarding the status of the stickers and he responded with the tracking information for the order I had issues with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I haven't received my stickers
I haven't received my stickers. I ordered a ton of stickers from this company over a month ago and haven't received anything. They won't call me back, they won't email me back... nothing. I feel like I was scammed.

Delayed shipping and poor customer service…
The reason I purchased was due to the quick processing and shipping. Production is not 3-5 days as stated on their page. I sent an email requesting an order update 10 days after ordering and no response yet. Poor customer service to say the least!

I placed my order on June 4th, approved the proofs on June 6th and now have not heard anything despite a request for an ETA twice. I paid for the order in full and feel disappointed that I've been left hanging. I wish I would have found these reviews prior to placing an order with this company.

Placed An Order-Now They Have Ghosted Me
I am writing this review because I placed an order on 5/26/26 and still have not received any shipping confirmation. I was charged, and emailed to review my proofs which I did. I have now reached out through emails and called with no response as to any status of my order, which I only placed. I have asked for a full refund and still no response. I don't know how a business can operate this way and stay in business. Maybe they will do the right thing and get me my order or refund me for both stickers.

Sticker Whisper is Ghosting me!
I am writing this review in hopes of getting a response. I was charged, and emailed to review my proofs which I did. I have now reached out via 3 emails and 2 texts with no response as to any status of my order, which I only placed bc Sticker Whisper said it would arrive in time for a huge event I need them for in 4 days. I don't know how a business can operate this way. I'm hoping they do the right thing and make every effort to get me my order in which case I will update my review or leave a good one that they are in fact a business who cares about its customers.
***Update to say this review at least prompted a response, and then shipping of my order within a day (shows how quickly they can move). But tracking shows it is now going to arrive after the date I need it for making it a total waste of time and money and giving me no option for an alternative. Sticker Whisper had the opportunity to make it right by expediting shipping after its delay in making my order but did not. Very very disappointing and unprofessional.

I placed an order for 250 custom stickers on 4/4/2026 and still have not received my order. I placed an order based on their advertisement of “fast shipping.” As a small business owner myself, I am very disappointed to have spent money and not my order as well as their lack of customer support.
