3.6m Antique Brass Handrail
I ordered a 3.6m Antique Brass Handrail (made up in 3 parts) and it was received within a couple of days, however, there was a difference in the tone to one part (1.2m). I emailed Stiley and Customer Services responded very quickly and agreed to send me 2 replacement parts FOC to choose from, these too were received within a couple of days. My handrail now looks great and I cannot fault the Customer Service team who dealt with my problem very efficiently and quickly.
