This company is a joke. I ordered a custom embroidered tshirt for my husband for father's day. It arrived late. It arrived stained, damaged and very poor quality. I took several photos and sent them to the email on their website. The company refused to refund or reimburse me, per their website damaged item policy. I purchased additional warranty coverage and that was pointless because my claim was denied as soon as I submitted it. DO NOT BUY OR TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Poor product and customer service!

Wish I'd checked here before ordering rather than clearly faked reviews.

Issues:
Sizes are tiny - ordered a men's M hoodie, it's smaller than they advertised (I measured) and would be my size as a UK size 8 small women!
Quality is very thin
Embroidery wasn't that impressive - it used the same skin color for a black person and a fair skinned person
It was late - said ships from UK but was from China and missed Father's Day, came much later and just offered a 10% discount

Really unhappy on arrival and of course they are offering only 10/15% off - I've had to push for a return and refund and they are trying to get me to pay shipping to China, when it's not like they can reuse it anyway

Biggest mistake ever

Bought from this website to commemorate my partner’s first Father’s Day and I’m yet to receive the product!

When I bought from them, their website stated that I had just over a day to purchase the product for it to arrive before Father’s Day. I’ve spoken to their customer service that were quick to accuse me as the problem saying it had a missed delivery which is not true and confirmed by their delivery partner Evri. Their website also says the product comes from UK but in fact it comes from China.

Almost 2 weeks after Father’s Day the product hasn’t been delivered nor I’ve been offered a replacement. I hope my review stop many people from getting scammed by them as I seriously recommend you not to buy from them!

DO NOT ORDER! Completely false advertising their product, the sustainability elements and the quality of what is produced. You pay a premium price for something that comes from a random factory in China, and then refuse to acknowledge your legal rights when asking for a full refund for a product not being as advertised. I have reported to Trading Standards.

I wish I read the reviews first!

Spent £40 on a personalised “dad” hoodie. When it turned up, the stitching was already coming loose on the design, the pocket and the hood. The material of the hoodie itself was shocking, rough and thin.

Speaking to their support line was awful. Basically told there was nothing they could do and then would not offer a refund, after some time they offered me 5%, 10% and then refused to go above 30% unless I paid for the return to CHINA which is half the cost of the product.

Awful! Do not buy from here please!

DO NOT ORDER FROM COMPANY IF YOU ARENT WHITE. Changed my husband’s race, I emailed them complaints, they said they would make a new one, then changed his race to white AGAIN. They even sent me a proof from the second sweatshirt (which was correct) and then still proceeded to make him white on the actual sweatshirt. They “couldn’t do a refund because it’s a personalized item” even though it was completely their fault.

Wish I’d thought to check trustpilot first before ordering. Awful company that cannot produce the items they sell. I placed an order for Father’s Day - a green tee with DADDY on and 5 photos plus some stitched writing underneath.
There was a grammatical error in the writing and in 4 stitched photos my husband had brown hair and in one his hair was grey.
I contacted them and was offered a partial refund of £3. My total order was £40.50 with a discount code.
I declined and requested the shirt done properly.
They said they would resend but at a cost of £10 to me for postage even though a)not my fault and b) postage on my original order was only £6.

Eventually they agreed to resend free of charge and when the item came it was completely wrong. Wrong colour t shirt, wrong colour details for the images, wrong hair colours etc. Lazy colour merging of the backgrounds. Grammatical error was fixed but otherwise shirt wasn’t even the same size.

I have contacted them again to request a replacement done correctly as per my first order and in line with what I have paid for. They’ve offered a 10% refund and then when I’ve reiterated my wish to have the item I paid for, a 15% refund.
Absolutely awful company. Completely incompetent, acts like they’re selling wholesome high quality items and can’t actually produce one correctly. Do. Not. Recommend. At. All.

I ordered their embroidered T shirt that says DAD and sent images to overlay the letters. I am extremely pleased with the product. Everything is good quality and well done. I received my order within 10 days.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.

I paid $44 for a T-shirt and received an item with poor stitching and obvious quality issues. The stitching was coming apart, and instead of receiving a product that was properly inspected before shipping, I ended up with something that looked defective right out of the package.

What shocked me most was the company's response. Rather than taking responsibility for sending out a flawed item, they repeatedly told me to fix it myself. As a paying customer, I should not have to repair a brand-new shirt that arrived with quality issues. If I wanted to sew and repair my own clothing, I wouldn't have paid full price for a new product.

To make matters worse, they refused to provide a full refund and instead kept offering small partial refunds that don't come close to making up for receiving a defective product. The constant back-and-forth has been frustrating and feels like an attempt to avoid properly resolving the issue.

I also feel misled by the company's branding. It appears to present itself as a U.S.-based company, yet my order shipped from China. Greater transparency about where products are made and shipped from would have been appreciated before I spent my money.

For $44, I expected quality craftsmanship, proper quality control, and customer service that stands behind its products. Instead, I received a defective shirt, was repeatedly told to repair it myself, and was denied a full refund.

Save your money. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from Stitch & Bond again and would not recommend them to anyone.

The portrait embroidery doesn't look cheap or cartoonish_ it's refined and elegant, just like a real portrait.

Terrible quality and disappointing service.

I ordered this as a Father's Day gift, but it did not arrive on time despite the processing and shipping timelines advertised on their website. The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish.

Their advertising is misleading. They promote free shipping on orders over $59, but they do not clearly indicate that this threshold is in USD rather than CAD. Since the product prices were displayed in CAD, I reasonably assumed the free shipping offer applied to the same currency. Only after I contacted customer service was I told that the free shipping threshold was based on USD, which resulted in unexpected shipping charges.

I was also under the impression that the products were being made and shipped from the USA. Instead, the order was manufactured and shipped from China, which contributed to the lengthy delivery time. This was not made sufficiently clear during the ordering process.

To make matters worse, despite the delay and confusion caused by their advertising, they refused to provide a refund or any meaningful compensation.

The product quality was also poor. The stitching was subpar, and the embroidery backing on the inside of the shirt is rough and uncomfortable against the skin, causing irritation when worn.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the misleading advertising, delayed delivery, overseas production, poor customer service, and low-quality workmanship, I would not recommend this company.

The quality is so bad. I would share a picture if I could. It would have been nice to get a preview. The shirt was even bleach stained and had I known it was from China I wouldn’t have ordered it simply because it took so long to get it.

This isn't my first order, but this piece feels completely next level. The attention to detail and overall finish are impressive.

First time writing a negative review on Trustpolit but my experience was so bad I feel compelled to do so. The father's day embroidered t-shirt I ordered was completely ruined after one wash. The fabric shrink substantially after a normal wash and dry cycle, causing the embroidery to deform and curl up - it's not even wearable now with the embroidered portion of the t-shirt looking like a complete mess.
Not to mention I specifically asked for the hair to be embroidered in grey so it stands out against the black fabric. They did not bother to read my instruction and embroider black hair on black t-shirt. If you will not read customer's instruction, don't ask them to leave one.

I received my item which seems to be made and shipped from China. They changed the race of the people in the pictures from brown skin to white! I've seem them advertising with brown skin so why they did this I do not know. The pictures are wonky, they've given a person in the image double claws, the quality is poor. They delete comments on social media - so shady! On the website it states "If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or produced with an error on our side"- they will refund or replace and cover shipping, they said I can have a refund if I cover shipping to China, again lies and shady company.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star tbh. Customer service is beyond shocking. Some agents just come across as downright rude and patronising.

My parcel was delivered by Evri (in time for Father’s Day) but was left outside with me receiving no notification of this - I didn’t agree to this and I was home all day, no one even knocked! The parcel had since gone missing, I assume taken by a third party, for which Evri are at fault.

However, rather than acknowledging this, stitch and bond expected me to accept a 30% refund and a 15% discount code for another purchase. After going back and forth repeatedly, I was then offered a 75% refund, so I was still expected to pay 25% towards an item I never received.

Again, after standing my ground repeatedly, I FINALLY got a full refund with the £6 shipping costs deducted. I still don’t agree that I’ve had to pay £6 shipping costs for an item I never received, but I just couldn’t be bothered to keep going back and forth.

With this company, you have to stand your ground and make them resolve any issues to your satisfaction because they will dig their heels in and definitely do not apply logic or compassion to resolving complaints.

Ultimately, just don’t purchase anything from them and you won’t have to deal with the less than adequate customer service.

They’ve admitted that the product is not the cotton fleece lined product they advertise. They admit that the other material is all they have to use. They’re refusing to give my money back unless I ship the product back at my expense. They did offer to make a new one on the stiff polyester I originally received. They do not offer cotton. The stitching is missing a lot of detail. Even missed the white stripes on my sons black pants. It’s more like color blocks and not what you see on the advertising posts. It’s a marketing scam. I have email proof, just can’t post it.

This business is an absolute scam. They got the order completely wrong (they made my child’s skin tone black because his father is black despite the pictures showing completely different) and refused to refund it even with pictures provided. Forced me into making a replacement with the promise that it would still arrive before Father’s day, 1 day before father’s day after emailing them for the 100th time they informed me that it would no longer arrive before father’s day. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them, and they tried to guilt trip me for wanting a refund saying “they’re a small business”. My order also came packaged and labeled with a completely different company name. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Extremely disappointed, purchased for Father’s Day and just arrived and it doesn’t look anything like my husband. Very upsetting and customer service offered 20% off when that doesn’t fix the issue or they mentioned I can buy my own label and send it to China for a full refund.
