I wish there was a zero star rating. I'm singing the same tune as everyone else. MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. It's been well over 4 weeks now and still not received anything. It's so annoying as I was knitting a blanket for my soon to be born niece (who has now been born) but I can't finish the blanket as I need these colours! I actually bought it from Amazon but they ran out and I found their website so ordered through there instead. BIGGEST MISTAKE. I hope this company is shut down soon. Karma will come back and bite you.

Appalling customer service. Waited well over a month and the order was never arrived. Reached out three times asking for updates on status and no reply each time. Had to do a charge back via my bank!

As with other reviewers - I’ve waited over a month and still no wool. No customer service - hardly reply to emails and then with differing excuses. At the same time they were continuing to sell online even though clearly they were in trouble. I’ve now got my money back through credit card and would suggest others contact their bank asap so they can challenge on our behalf. 😡

I ordered a Disney kit that was due to be dispatched in July and apparently there are delays but I've only received one email from the company regarding this! I also placed an order over 2 weeks ago, no dispatch email yet despite paying for 3-5 day delivery and no responses to my emails or messages on Instagram! Extremely poor customer service and very disappointing!

Order still hasn't arrived weeks and weeks later and they aren't responding to customer service queries. I don't think my order is every coming and I doubt I will get any money back as they haven't responded. Lost lots of money now.

Adding to the chorus here. It’s been nearly 2 months since I ordered £80 in yarn and haven’t seen it. Evri allegedly delivered it once but the box was suspiciously missing from where they said they left it. The company offered to replace the yarn, but its been a month now and I haven’t seen my order. I tried to cancel for a refund but they won’t do that either. 😔

Placed an order on the 11th October. First time buyer. It was for a pdf Halloween booklet and yarn bundle along with some crochet hooks to the tune of £80. Got the pdf booklet immediately as you’d expect and an email saying the other items were being prepared for shipping. Same story as recent reviews. Radio silence. A website that is no longer taking orders or “down for maintenance” and zero responses to emails and DMs asking about whereabouts. Assuming that’s £80 down the drain. Even if they’ve not gone out of business and there is some other reason I will be very reluctant to order from them again. Poor service and none existent communication.

I requested that the order be cancelled, but they said it was being processed and could no longer be cancelled, but it's been more than two weeks and it still hasn't been dispatched, so I can't even return it. Very frustrating.

Absolutely no communication at all now, not responding to reviews, to Instagram replies or to comments on Facebook. It's ridiculous, they need to give people back their money.

Ordered over a month ago to then be told there are staffing issues at their warehouse, which is outsourced to Walker Logistics. I’ve still not heard any update with the progress of my order other than perhaps a shipping label being printed as Evri are still waiting to receive it. I’ve not had an issue with S&S before. I’m not sure what is happening with the company, are they in trouble? Just be honest with your customers.

Very very disappointed with service. I have ordered before but this time was ridiculous. I ordered on 11 September and my delivery was after 14 October (not sure as I was away and delivery not been updated) but here on 17th.
I did email before in Sept and was told it was because of staff absences.
The company should be emailing any delays and when expected delivery would be.
I will not be ordering again

No communication on up date of delivery. Can't speak to a human ,only email or chat to a robot .
Still waiting on my order,which was ordered roughly 21/09/22

Edit: I received tracking number for 1 or 2 orders that I placed. Still no info and no tracking about my second order.

Placed 2 orders a month ago, still haven’t received any of them.
I emailed Customer care twice, they only responded the first time saying that they have warehouse issues. The second time they didn’t even respond - good luck to me getting a refund.
I have a feeling they don’t even have the stock they are selling.
Don’t waste your money and nerves - there are plenty of reputable shops that will treat you right, this company is a joke.

No sign of my order and emails to customer service remain unanswered. What chance is there of getting a refund if nobody answers the email. Plenty of marketing posts on socials, why not redeploy those people to try and save the reputation of the business. What a shambles.
UPDATE - I have not had a reply to any of me emails or messages and yes I have checked my spam.

Product took +2 weeks to be shipped (despite saying 3-5 days), then never turned up (despite delivery service Evri saying it was signed for - it wasn't). Matter is being 'investigated' but no one seems to know where the parcel is/what happened to it. Was offered a refund (of course) and a whole £1.61 in compensation...

I have yet to receive my order. I have been in contact with customer services and advised that there are warehouse problems.

Yet I receive regular updates advising me of new products or ideas.

my parcel has not been dispatched 26 days after ordering… Although I received a dispatch email, I enquired 15 days later what happened to my order and was informed that it has not been sent out.. Have requested a refund and have not heard back!! Really annoying!!

I placed this order approximately 4 weeks ago despite the money leaving my account I still have not received my purchase. I have asked and they assured me I would receive my purchase within the next days but to no avail. I am extremely disappointed as I haven’t received an apology or an update on my order. I am sad to say I can’t recommend this company.

Low score because I'm still waiting on my order which was ordered and paid for 2 weeks ago! At the time it stated 3 to 5 working days so I'm a bit annoyed that I've been requested to review what I still don't have!

Order placed and payment taken 12 days ago. Standard message sent twice from customer service about staff shortages but not able to get a personal response and no idea if or when wool is going to be dispatched.

Delivered quickly and fantastic quality. Really happy. Would prefer paper patterns though.
