It was a last minute order, I thought that I wouldn’t get delivered in time, and it was delivered a day earlier.
The top fitted very well, Lisa’s customer service and communication is outstanding and the delivery was faster than promised.

Fabric not very black. Looks quite thin. Lettering very small. Lettering very expensive for the size that it is.

Hi Julie. Many thanks for your review. I appreciate your comment about the size of the lettering. That is the standard size we offer, but on request it can be any size (within reason if requested) I have taken this up with the kit officer as to the club's thoughts going forwards. Re the cost, we feel that is reasonable as unlike some companies, we don't charge per letter.
The fabric is dye sublimated so will not be as black as a stock pre dyed fabric and the fabric is a specific moisture wicking sports polyester of which samples were sent to the club for approval prior to ordering. Please don't hesitate to contact lisa@stitchrowing.com if you have any queries.

Kit Fit
The kit making and delivery is faster but the fit compared to other brands isn’t very good. My aio was is tight in the legs and very loose around my shoulders this is odd as it is a size down on another brands kit I have yet feels bigger.

Hi Harrison, thanks for the feedback. As kit is made to order, we are always willing to send out size samples to ensure customers chose the right size for them as all brands differ in sizing. No size guides or sample were requested for this order of which we'd have been happy to assist with. As this is the first we've heard since you receiving your order in November last year, we naturally assumed that you were happy with the kit during this time. Great quality and incredible customer service!
We joined our crew a little later than the rest of the boat and therefore needed to order our AIOs separately from the club order.
Lisa from Stitch was particularly helpful throughout the process to make sure we would receive our order ahead of a race! Thank you as well to everybody at Stitch who indeed stitched it together. We are so grateful.
When the AIOs (and shirts, and visors) arrived, we were thrilled by the quality and colours. They are just amazing. So proud to be wearing these colours!

Having to organise large orders of kit for my college boat club, I am very grateful to stitch for making it so simple, reliable and quick. We always receive good feedback on the products and our rowers wear them near enough ever day. Could not recommend highly enough :))

I would in deed like to change my review as at the time of post I was just frustrated more so with the courier than the provider. I actually ended up receiving my order no more than 12 hours after my sour review. In terms of the actual product I am quite happy with the quality I had received it in all fits bang on.

Many thanks for your updated review. For unexplained reasons it seems the package was stuck in customs. We do appreciate the new review and fully appreciate how frustrating it can be using couriers but we always endeavour to assist where possible.
