I’ve ordered a couple of times from stockssuplier really good quality at a fraction of the cost!!!

Purchased a few items which were in mint condition, fast posting. Although the size of some trainers was incorrect, these were returned and the new correct size received within 2 weeks. Excellent customer service and communication from the company.

Arrogante people, selling contraband but still as arrogante as high street sellers. Be more humble and honest.

I messaged before placing an order to make sure they had my size, they reassured me they had it so I ordered a pair of trainers size 8 and they sent me completely incorrect size 10.

Fair enough could've been a mistake so I contacted again even offered to collect in person on my day off work to save waiting time and shipping costs returning the incorrect order, and I live in the same city, so why not.

After empty promisses of an exchange, with arrogante responses like I owe them and not the other way and after wasting my time arguing at the end I had to pay for returning the scammed order so that I could get part of my refund. Yes, i said PART refund, not full refund as they deducted shipping cost and promised they would refund the cost of the return instead, but never did and keep ignoring my messages. But my bad, I should've have known by then that this company does not keep their promises.

You know very well that you have been ignoring my last messages. Yes you did refund my order, as i mentioned above, but you only partially refunded me. Which means you still made 6 pounds profit, since you are a business i am sure you pay a monthly fee with the carrier company to ship your products, so that £6.00 you kept is profit for you, plus I had to pay the return of the incorrect product you sent me, it is not my fault that you sent a product I've not ordered and I had to pay the return? You promised to refund that cost, but once you partially refunded my order you ignored my messages, in fact I messaged you just now and you are still ignoring me, but you are replying on trustpilot because it is convenient for you. That is moving like a scammer.

6 pounds is small for 1 customer, but if you do that to 10 customers that is 60 pounds profit, probably it pays the arrangements you have with the carrier company to ship your products as a business.

Reply to my messages and refund the shipping cost you promised and own your mistakes pal. Very bad look for a start of a business.

Placed an order for over 300£ never received it seller just stoped all contact do. It waste your money this is a scam

Ordered trainers beginning of december after being told they would be delivered before xmas,
Still havent recieved them, ignore messages for weeks then reply saying ill look into it,
Then hear nothing,
Terrible service, avoid completely

Absolute shambles of a seller. trainers took 5 weeks to arrive, then they were the wrong ones, I returned, 3 months later the correct ones still aren’t here, been promised a refund had absolutely nothing. No response to my messages or calls. AVOID

Had to get a refund through my bank after 6 weeks when I was told delivery would be 2 weeks, blamed Chinese New Year etc but then stopped responding to my messages hence the bank involvement, avoid.
