Customs is always a pain but…

Customs is always a pain but Stoneforged stepped in quickly when UPS screwed up costing. Fantastic response rate and customer service performed by real human beings; a rare commodity in this day and age. Oh and most importantly, the pre-built computer is fantastic.

Broken PC over $10,000 and They wont refund/return/repair

The PC arrived defective, and the company will not take it back. Horrible customer service experience, with no one answering the phones or responding to emails. I had to drive up to their "address" only to find it was a virtual office. Then since then they refuse to return the defective PC, and tell me to deal with shipping insurance. Their website had an error with the checkout where customers on IoS could not select additional shipping insurance, and I showed them the video. They just silently patched the website and maintain that it never happened. I'll be taking them to court since I'm out $10,000+ and have nothing to show for it. They are LIARS, and will take advantage of you. Case in point : I returned the PC the very next business day because they refused to answer on the Friday it arrived, and were closed on weekends. They then told the payment company "The customer did not return it on time, and did not return everything". AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS.

POOR customer service

Pc arrived after two weeks I don’t mind waiting but your customer service was really bad, all they say was customs have your pc no updates at all only when I tried to contact them by chat. I had to call my us bank to see if I was protected in any way since nobody said anything. They sent a notification to the store and the very next day they sent me a tracking number, one day AFTER i received the product. Now, pc arrived in really good conditions . Customer service needs to improve ASAP

My Hatsune Miku computer is amazing. The people at Stoneforged Tech kept me informed with the tracking.
It arrived well packaged, works right out of the box. I also like the cable management, something I was never very good at when building PC's. I highly recommend this company.

Great service and timely responses

Stoneforge was quick to answer my questions usually responding within the day and help me keep track of my package all the way through. I felt like stone forged cared about me and the package the whole time.

Waste of time

I saw their Crescent system on Newegg and after much research, I decided to spend more and buy direct at Stoneforged Tech as it came with a better warranty. I received a confirmation of my order and my cc was charged. Hours later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled but no explanation why. So, I contacted them for clarification. The reply came back that their were sold out and the website inventory and confirmation email were incorrect. They apologized for the "confusion" but offered no other solution. I see that the listing on Newegg now shows as 'backordered' so that's not an option anymore either. It's interesting that Newegg at least offers to put you on a backorder list but Stoneforged doesn't. Perhaps they are slammed and they will eventually reach out but, as it currently stands, it feels like they don't want to be bothered finding resolutions with direct sale customers- even when the errors are of their own making.

Beyond expectation.

This case is outstanding. The print is amazing quality. The ease of access is exactly what I needed. Plenty of space for upgrading when needed. Plus supporting my kamioshi is always a good cause.

Gifted via Throne

Gifted via Throne, came much quicker than I expected as I live in the UK, packaging was undamaged and the product box was also undamaged so it all came delivered carefully. Absolutely no issues too which was great.

Buyer Beware
Stoneforged is not a trustworthy company. I purchased a computer from Stoneforged, after receiving the computer I decided not to keep it. I contacted the company for a return prepaid label, which they provided. I repacked the computer in the original boxes and took it to UPS to be shipped back to Stoneforged. During the shipping back to Stoneforged, UPS damaged the computer. However, Stoneforged failed to insure the prepaid return label for the $3,500.00 for the cost of the computer.
Stoneforged did a damage claim with UPS, since the label was not insured, UPS only paid Stoneforged $100.00.
Me The Customer is left with No Computer and No Refund of My $3,500.00.
