Awful experience
Awful experience. Booked a day off for the delivery and to complete our paving for only 4 tiles of the 20 we ordered to be delivered. After calling 4 times, twice the phone just went dead, a lovely lady said she'd call back. She never did. Instead I got a call froma rude lady who just told me the same as the other one had said so I still have no idea if I'm even ever going to get the missing tiles. I'd avoid, there are plenty of other suppliers out there
Edit. Its not just the days holiday, its the fact we had everything in place to complete last weekend, instead we've been messed around and now were shutting around in the rain. So now it wonr be finished for weeks. You have no idea of the inconvenience you've caused

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies for the stress and frustration this situation caused. Taking a day off work only to receive an incomplete order is completely unacceptable, and we are truly sorry for how this was handled.
To clarify what happened: 4 of your original 20 slabs were unfortunately damaged in transit. We immediately dispatched 4 replacement slabs to the depot so your full order could be delivered together. However, the depot made an error—assuming they only needed to dispatch the new replacement pallet rather than delivering it alongside the original 16 undamaged slabs.
As soon as you alerted us, we coordinated with the delivery network to locate the remaining 16 slabs and prioritized their delivery to you. We are also addressing your feedback regarding our customer service communication internally to ensure our team always handles calls with the care and promptness our customers deserve.
We hope the remaining slabs arrived safely and that your paving project is now well underway. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to us directly.

Because your order was placed for express delivery with a tight dispatch cut-off to meet the requested delivery date, our customer service team tried reaching you urgently to confirm vehicle access and road conditions.
Transporting heavy goods like paving slabs requires 18–22 tonne lorries, which need clear access to deliver safely. Verifying these details beforehand helps prevent failed deliveries, delays, or additional transport charges for our customers.
Please rest assured that we only call again if an initial attempt is unsuccessful, and we also follow up via WhatsApp with our delivery guide to keep all details clear.

3 Pallets of Porcelain Tiles 900x600
From start to finish, it was superb customer service by the Stonewise team. Purchased 3 pallets of porcelain tiles/slabs 900x600. Delivery arrived on-time as expected. Driver was very considerate, he placed all pallets on one side of the driveway on our request. We didn’t have to sign 'all ok' conditions because we never opened the pallets till a week or so later. Once we managed to open all pallets, there were 4 broken tiles found in total. Centre bottom tile from each one of the three pallets was found broken. One pallet had a side tile broken as well. All four broken tiles were fully refunded upon providing a video evidence of tiles together. Very smooth experience overall! Will certainly recommend Stonewise to family & friends. Price was very competitive compared to other mainstream sellers. Thank you Stonewise. 😊

First time using stonewise for my order…
First time using stonewise for my order of silver grey granite paving. On ordering I opted for a Tuesday delivery. I was contacted asking if it was OK to make the delivery on the Wednesday, that was fine as I still had some prep work to do. The delivery turned up but the driver was unable to unload the crate due to his pallet truck was not able to get underneath. I was told it would come back out on Thursday on a pallet. This didn't happen and I was told it would be first drop Monday morning, again this didn't happen and I was told they couldn't do anything until Tuesday. The delivery came out on Tuesday only for the crate to have smashed the pallet in transit and had fallen over. I needed to help the driver to get his pallet truck underneath and when it was unloaded it needed chocking with bricks to stop it falling over. Very dangerous when taking out the individual slabs. The paving itself looks very nice. I have signed up for a trade account but from this experience I don't think I will be using it.

When heavy stone pallets suffer transit damage or pallet collapses, the freight network has to depend on the depot to assess if it can be safely re-palletised (slaved) for delivery. Because the transporter is constantly evaluating whether a safe delivery is still possible, the updates they get from the depot and further provide us can shift unexpectedly - which unfortunately led to the changing delivery days you experienced.
That said, we know how critical reliable timelines and site safety are for a trade professional, and we are very grateful for your help with the driver.
We want to assure you that this is far from our standard service level, and our trade team will reach out to you directly to discuss and see how we can regain your confidence for future projects.

it was an easy pick and order process
it was an easy pick and order process. Prior to and after delivery there was easy communications. The private delivery driver was a kittle grumpy, but the delivery went okay. The tiles( some) were 5 mm out of sizes, which was a little bit problematic to fit. but it turned out okay in the end.

Slabs , hand balled onto pallet , 2slabs had damage , but I had a few spare . You pay a handling fee , think the guys should have noticed the damage . But apart from that good service . Cheers

You have replace slabs my builder only…
You have replace slabs my builder only found 7 that he could use. So we have 22 on one pallet first lot.And the second lot all have white on them again. They are no good to me like this. So please arrange for someone to pick up from my driveway. TWO PALLETS THAT can not use to finish off. Sorry l have not been in touch before l have had surgery for cancer now home. Carolyn.

Quick delivery and great after care
