Outstanding staff and very clean facility.
The facility was far beyond what I was expecting in a storage facility. The building and the unit were squeaky clean. It was also just slightly more to rent here compared to another facility that I am moving out of ASAP. To top it off, it is climate-controlled.

Good explanations of all details. Friendly, helpful staff.
Never rented a storage unit before, so this was a new experience. Everything was clean and orderly. Aside from the fact that I have to climb a ladder to get to the unit, I was pleased.

Amazingly efficient
I had spent an hour calling other facilities. We had unique needs to store evidence in a wrongful death litigation. 1 call, 15 minutes, it was resolved by the rep for Storage.com and we had a confirmed, affordable, conveniently located storage unit. Very happy about the good use of time and clear communication.

Best Experience Ever
I've dealt with my storage unit companies but this was by far the fastest, easiest, and most inexpensive and professional experience. Representative Steve was knowledgeable and good natured and even went above and beyond to see about a moving truck. I would recommend to anyone!
