The storage manager is King!
The storage manager, Adam, gave me a full explanation in what was involved in taking on a storage facility. His friendly manner made the experience stress-free, and he also obliged by organising a larger truck from another store for the movement of goods. Thanks Adam

Ask many questions- don’t assume
Booking had to be transferred to a different Storage King due to the truck not working. Wasn’t like for like. Paid for a drive up. Transferred to a storage area that required loading everything into a lift and then walking, walking, walking. Completely messed with our schedule for starting a new job that day. No refund offered even though staff admitted a non drive up was cheaper than a drive up.

Great service. Staff stayed late to welcome us to the storage facility and open our storage space for the first time. Seamless experience from the first enquiry to completing the documentation.

From searching on the web, to leaving questions, to actually choosing to go with Storage King was a truely painless exercise. Responses were quick, polite and informative. The website itself easy to navigate and with useful and meaningful information. Finally the staff at the location itself were excellent. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was explained clearly and concisely. It was just such a welcoming experience overall.
