The person who assisted me was very helpful, both initially, and when the gate jammed on a subsequent visit.
The storage unit I have is currently good.
However, I could not initially get through by phone, and had to visit in person (which turned out well).

Your very easy to deal with so far and your clean and thorough.

Every detail was followed no complaints but found it was very expensive and would definitely look at other arrangements when need to store .

The staff were the most helpful (especially Ray at Mitchell). It would be interesting to know that when you leave early and the unit is re-let within the remaining period of the current agreement (aka double dipping) that it should be considered a refundable period.

Excellent service over the phone to arrange the storage unit. On check in the service was quick and very professional. Everything explained clearly. Facility is neat and clean and the unit is perfect. Highly recommend the facility to anyone needing this service.

I hired my storage unit through a promotion being run when I sold my house. Really poor service, I was advised the total cost would be $300 for the first month and I would get the second month free however I have been charged over $350. This was after the realestate contacted storage king to rectify confusion over billing (this took around 3 phone calls to resolve). On the day I arrived to get access to my unit, I was kept waiting in the office / out the front of the site for an hour and 20 mins while the guy behind the desk processed whatever it is he needed to. He was on the phone the entire time, not sure if it was to a mate, colleague or his mum but it was really rude. I booked a truck through Mitchell yet when I arranged to collect the truck, it was booked from Fishwick. I didn't know this level of incompetents was achievable.

I recommend Storage King Mitchell ACT as a great place for storage. Julie was a great help at the beginning and when I went along to the office Colin was extremely helpful and efficient. The space we chose was clean and ready. The use of the Complimentary Truck was an added bonus, and a small fee to use it a second time. It certainly took a lot of the stress off.
