Dean at Pymble is amazing
Dean at Pymble is amazing. He is knowledgeable, super helpful and friendly. He gave us a competitive price.
In our case it is stressful moving house and he made the process as smooth as possible. Dean even pointed out provision of bottled water and a first aid kit.
The facility is secure, clean and user friendly. The trollies provided made moving things in and out super easy. A locker on the top floor did not concern us due to use of the lift and trolley.

The customer service from everyone during my visits to explore my options and select a unit was outstanding. They go above and beyond to help me.
