Quick and easy process to take out insurance . Not bombarded with emails but timely reminders sent . No claim made so can only comment on taking out the policy and associated process which was straightforward.

The process was simple and the person I spoke with was very helpful. It is important not to accept your storage suppliers built in insurance and in this case 'Store Insure', offered an extremely sensible and cost effective solution.

It is very straightforward to research options and arrange cover using the website. GM Store Insure is much more competitive than the storage company’s insurance rates. I have been a customer for several years. (It is worth adding that I have not had a claim.)

I received an email confirming a purchase for insurance but never took it out was sent in error but not very good computer system and could be a data breach on there part
