Shambolic
After the delay in announcing season ticket renewals for the 26/27 season I had two weeks to get the money together and renew. The service crashed out on payment and sent a Something Went Wrong message. When I went to try and do the very annoying process all over again, my season ticket was no longer available to renew, and there was no confirmation that the previous transaction had gone through. I had to call the box office and spent 25 minutes on hold to get somebody to confirm that my season ticket that I have had for 15 years had in fact been renewed and then wait a further 24 hours for written confirmation. The following day I received an email reminding me that the deadline for renewing my season ticket was approaching and that I should act to avoid losing my seat. When I asked why I had been sent that email when I had just been through all that to renew my season ticket, I was told that they were sent to all season ticket holders regardless of renewal status. Shambolic all round!
