THE WORST, I ORDERED 26/12. AND IT CAME TODAY 3/1. ITS EVEN THE WRONG SHIRT. I ORDERED A PURPLE AND I GOT A PINK :(

This store is the worst. As the other reviews indicate, their customer service is non-existent. I ordered the BFF necklace for my daughter to split with her friend for Christmas - that was back in November. The WRONG necklace arrived on 12/19. I reached out to customer service immediately. It took two weeks for them to get back to me with a canned response that didn’t address the issue. I reached out again, and 2 weeks later, they asked for a picture of what I received. I responded immediately (on 1/6) and still do t have an acknowledgment or answer, and we’re stuck with a necklace my daughter didn’t want, so now I’m out $30.

On December 1st I ordered a Medium size "Strawberry Shortcake" T-shirt for my granddaughter as a Christmas present. I did receive it in time to put under the tree, so I guess I'm luckier that a lot of others, but it was too large, so I immediately requested a RMA and exchange directions for a small size using their online form (evidently the only way to contact them since no telephone mumber or physical address can be found). Four weeks have passed with no response to either my first or second requests for service.

Do not order from this store. I order 3 items in December and paid $50.00 alone for the shipping costs to have guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I did not get the items. No emails returned outside of automated ones. After repeated attempts and demand for a full refund, they shipped one small item stating the entire order shipped. I received the one small item in a small envelope. Neither of the vinyls shipped, no refund given and no response from customer service about the order. The small item was received today on 1/8/21. I paid $110 for this order and received one small, cheap bracelet a month later. I will never order from this store again and the store should be shut down for fraud. I am very disappointed. So as 95% of other reviewers I am appalled at the lack of service from this company.
I placed an order 14th November and have had notification that it has been shipped but tracking numbers are incorrect.
I have emailed, tweeted and DM'd on Instagram and NOTHING.
Yet again, another very disappointed daughter not to mention the money taken for goods not received.
I could have put it partly down to Covid or Brexit etc but seeing as these problems appeared to be an issue this time last year, I think not.
PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER WITH THEM.
EU site better but still cancelled an order saying payment not received, card issuer says they did receive payment...…………………………………...

A lot of people are saying they placed an order this month but I placed one 5 months ago for four items (3 on pre-order although they’re released now) and none have arrived or even saying they have finished packing on the site. There has been no replies from emails that I’ve sent either. The team is useless, last time I ordered I waited 3 months just for a jumper. I know someone who ordered one of my items after me and they received it after a few days. I keep emailing but I don’t even think they’d answer for me to cancel the order at this point! £80 wasted. I wouldn’t bother ordering at this point in time. Anyone who’s ordered and waiting for a reply or to see if their parcel has been shipped, there’s no point in trying, just be patient.

I placed an order on 12/12/202 for my daughter's birthday on the 16th, I knew it prob wouldn't be delivered by then but I figured at least within the next couple days, I found my order conformation in my spam folder, no tracking number, so I got the Shop app, Highly recommend this, it showed all my info for the order and it says that they have not received the tracking number, all it says is Order Placed!!! I'm extremely disappointed. I understand the holidays and covid have made shipping harder but I ordered 2 other things off a different site and got them within a couple days, So If it don't ship with in the next week, I'm gonna cancel it and get refund and Order it from Amazon or Hot Topic!!! Seriously the SHOP app us amazing!!

I ordered 3 items on 12/12, these are supposed to be Christmas presents for my grandaughter. When I check on the Shop app it shows the order has not even shipped. I have sent 2 emails without any reply. It has been 11 days and I can not get an answer or even an email letting me know when the order will be process.

I placed a order on 12/11/2020 and I still have not got my order and I am unable to track the shipment. I will never order from this place again!! This is crazy!

These people never email me back. The shipping/tracking is beyond horrendous. Product took ages to get to me, took forever to get updates. Spent £125 on a dress and £50 extra for shipping and customs just for it to arrive damaged/ripped. I'm trying to get through for a refund or SOMETHING. God knows what I'll do because I most definitely can't afford to send an expensive, broken item back to the states. I should have known that it was a bad idea to order from this place when I saw that you can't make an account unlike the Euro Store. I'm completely dumbstruck with the sheer lack of customer service. It's like they just don't care.

Still waiting for my order - tracking number says that it cannot be tracked - e-mailed the store and received a response to say that they can confirm that it has been shipped on 29 September. I have never ordered something that I am unable to track. After reading the reviews on this platform, I feel this really is just a scam. I would like a refund of my money! Stop scamming poor parents who are buying for their children. Our kids get so excited and the item just never arrives - this is just not right at all!

Placed a pre order on Aug 30th for a dress that launched officially Oct 13th. Tried emailing a week after launch just to inquire when they thought thin bs would start shipping out since I hadn't received an order number. It's now Nov 4 and I still haven't received an order number or even a response to my email. I sent another today. Hopefully they can get back to me soon. I spent about $150 on dress my daughter wanted and now I just feel cheated out of my money. Even if it's going to take longer, just an email back telling me something would go a long way. But I guess they don't give a crap since they already took my money. Im super disappointed and won't be buying from them ever again.

I have been waiting on a refund for crybaby shirt i ordered back in dec 2019. item was never sent as it was apparently on back order, item was available when i ordered it. Now they reckon they refunded my money into a paypal account even sent me a receipt for refund!!! this is incorrect and am still waiting nearly a year later. Great work guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be honest, I had low expectations when I ordered the Mint K-12 vinyl. I thought that it wouldn't come (as my cry baby extra clutter), the same thing happened. The item disappeared from the store. However, they still did ship my item! They were also very nice when asking them questions and answered my questions. When my vinyl came in, it was packaged perfectly! It also came in with this cute heart vinyl too. This experience was much better than last ones, although shipping took awhile.

Ordered a vinyl for my daughter's birthday, and have sent at least 4 messages asking for shipping details. I have yet to receive anything back from them. Took 2 weeks to get an email saying order has shipped. That status has been that way for several days. $30 for a record is bad enough, but waiting for several weeks and no record, is worse. She was so excited to get this for her birthday. Terrible Service !!!!

Seems to be fraudulent. Placed a small November 6th, 2019, and it’s now December 30th, almost a whole new year, and my items still haven’t shipped despite sending them multiple emails. They gave me the run around each time and even tried to blame it on a warehouse issue. They also sent out my friends order for the same exact items even though she placed her order far after I placed mine. Also worth mentioning they sent her the wrong item.

Been waiting over a month for these people to ship out one item. They keep using “warehouse difficulties” as an excuse but what kind of difficulty takes 8 weeks? Soo embarrassing for the whole company. They also stole $100 from us on our first order and said there’s nothing they can do.

I don't think this is a real business. Placed an order in November. It still has not shipped.

I also placed an order on November 30th and have not received my order. I have emailed them twice and still no response. They have one day left to respond before I call Visa and tell them not to pay. This company appears to be fraudulent

If I could give this company a zero I would absolutely horrible I ordered my package over a month ago it still shows not shipped and I've tried to get ahold of people to see what was happening and still have had no response. I ordered $170 USD which will convert over to over $200 in Canadian and Christmas is in two weeks and my daughter will not receive the one thing she really wanted for Christmas. I really hope that Melanie Martinez read these reviews and does something about a company shipping product for her. If you want to continue to have a good fan base I suggest you be more involved in selling products and shipping them in a timely manner
