This place has been our supplier for more than 20 years. They are always fast and reliable. Best of all, when there is an issue, they ANSWER THE PHONE! right away and always solve the problem with no hassle.

Wow! I needed a simple 12"x12" tempered glass panel that wasn't going to cost me an arm & a leg. Found it at Store Supply at a more than reasonable price and with a decent shipping fee. Not only was it delivered quickly but it was massively packed to prevent breakage. I will definitely order future glass supplies from this company.

Claimed credit card fraud just because I moved addresses. I talked to one person they tried to help asking for my information, but the next person I got connected with shut me down stating that my order will fall off in 3 days if I don’t wire transfer them money?? Seems very sketchy to me. I will never shop here again. And I’m still waiting on my money back too.

I bought from them about 3 years ago and they had problems shipping multiple items on my order. It has to take 3 shipments. Given some time thought it would be different this time. Have been in contact with them for over a month already. Still have not received all the right stuff and half the displays are still not build because they do not know how to include the hardware or right boxes. Shipping company they use is also so bad. They tell you they will call no call and they just say they try to deliver it when they never do. Happened twice before I got the packages. I do no recommend, even though they are cheaper go somewhere else and spend alittle more money!

Extremely fast shipping, and they informed me along the way. The price was extremely competitive. Which made it a no brainer. Paid on Tues it was at my door on Thursday and the quality of the item was good

The bags we ordered are all blowing out on the side like they forgot to glue them. Of course they are made in China so this should be no surprise that they are poor quality. To add insult to injury, instead of sending a new box to replace the defective bags I have to send pictures of the bags and then get credit for each as I work my way through a box of 100. At .55 per bag this is very frustrating especially when I'm trying to check out a customer and the bags just fall apart.

Shipped quickly, one box didn’t move in shipping. I contacted and customer service shipped replacements.

I've been a Store Supply Warehouse customer for about 5 years now, and appreciate having a source for good quality store supplies at some of the best prices available. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it appears that the custom shopping bags that I have ordered for 5 years in cases of 250 are now only available in cases of 100, which increases my cost.

I placed an order for bags, and was notified they would be on backorder for another month. Within a week almost everything on the order was shipped!! Everyone I spoke to at the company was very nice and accomodating..pleasant and easy.

I ordered these boxes, they sent them, I got them.
I'm perfectly happy with this order and the company.

Prompt delivery of order. It was just what I wanted.

My order showed "shipped" on 10/1/22. It remained in that status for days. I messaged on 10/18 that I had not received my mannequins. I received a messaged apologizing and stating that I'd receive my order 10/20/22. As of today I still have not received the order.

So glad I came across their YouTube video with display for vendors. I found everything I needed and it shipped fast.

I received 3 items that were damaged - I called the customer service number and they were great - replacements were arranged and sent out right away - I really appreciated that. Thank you!

My order was missing a set of brackets. I sent a chat message and they were sent to me right away.
