Taylor Swift Avis 

After being 5 months late with only 1 ‘update’ email the product came with no compensation, apology or anything. Just in a simple plastic bag for nearly £80 I expected more.

The ‘hoodie’ itself was thin and practically just a jumper with a hood.

Absolutely disgraceful and would NOT recommend getting clothing and would NEVER recommend using this store as I will never again.

Placed an order back in November with a release date of December 15th - emailed on that date to say it wasn't being released December 15th after all. The website now shows a release date of January 26th, despite the product description saying "Every effort will be made to deliver your product as soon as possible, but it is not guaranteed in time for the 25th of December". Really upset after spending £85 on a Christmas present, and shocked by how poor the customer service has been considering this is the only official merchandise for Taylor.

Just a continuation of the other 1-star rated. If 0 was an option they would deserrve it. No order after a month, no response after 4 mails over 2 weeks.

Pre ordered a hoodie from this store on the 27th Nov, having contacted them twice now about where it is and got no reply I'm assuming it's a scam and I will be contacting my credit card provider to get my money back! Absolutely disgusting way to treat people esp so close to Xmas too! I'll have a very disappointed granddaughter now!

Placed order on 27th october, have not received item or even had dispatch email. Have had no communications about the order which was £130. Appalling customer service. Have sent several emails and only had one response se which I felt was a delaying technique asking for my email address, which was obviously on the email, a d the issue with the order which I had ready outlined in the email. My daughter will be so disappointed ot to receive this doe Christmas. Huge disappointment, expected better from official merchandise store. Do not buy from them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking management of stock and customer service. #taylorswiftukstore are quite happy to take your money and NOT PROVIDE THE GOODS! It’s been over 6 weeks since my order was due to arrive and I’ve had no response to emails asking for an update over recent weeks. Avoid buying on this site unless you’re a supremely patient individual who doesn’t mind someone else profiting from your money whilst you wait for the goods long past the scheduled delivery date.

I ordered a hoodie more than a month ago and never received. Customer service doesn’t reply emails.
Big deception!

Do not recommend, the company that handles the merchandise have poor communication and recieved faulty merchandise. Pre-ordered a Taylor Swift cardigan in September 2020. It arrived in November 2020 and the cardigan had a hole in. I emailed and received a response over a week later with a returns label. Returned the item and then never heard anything. Waited several weeks then sent a follow up email with the proof of postage for my return. I did not receive a response to this email. Waited a few more weeks and then ended up opening a PayPal dispute. The company never replied to the PayPal dispute and PayPal refunded me. The company that deals with the merchandise for Taylor is really doing her a disservice. Would not order again.
