My recruiter, Anduena, was polite, professional, and always asked if she was calling at a good time. I enjoyed working with her, although I didn't appreciate meeting with her two bosses at the end of my negotiations. I felt this portion of the recruiting process was unnecessary.

What I was impressed is that they would help me get all my questions answered via their communication for the employer, rather than just told me to ask the interviewer (For the question that is not relevant for the interviewer).

It made me really like the people in Storm5 really cares about me as an individual, rather than just one out of many engineer out there.
