Updated 9.3.2026 - I was contacted to see which flags were missing, but unfortunately, I still haven’t received my missing flags.

Ordered five flags back in December, received three, and I’m still waiting for the other two. I sent numerous emails, with the odd one being answered. I am still waiting for my ordered to be completed.

If your order is right first time, Storyteller are probably ok, but if you have an issue or missing items, you’ve got no chance.
Such a shame as a great idea, I have little confidence in Storyteller so unlikely to buy from the, again.

For Christmas 2025, I decided to buy my whole family a flagmate and set of flags each. They are absolutely fantastic, I love them, and my family love them too. They are the perfect way to remember times gone past. They invite conversation from strangers, who hear the jingle and start to ask questions. Inadvertently, they have become a tool of competition and excited the less adventurous family members to start booking trips.
Bhav has been superb. From personal contact, updates and his ease of manner in rectifying minor issues, I couldn't recommend and commend him more. Since Christmas, I have already placed a second order for twenty flags. This is a superb keepsake, a great idea and has ethical principles too. Well done Bhav.

Great product! Myself and my fiancée both have a FlagMate which we take around the world with us! Their customer service is amazing and always helpful, I’ve had one or two very minor issues that were both resolved that same day!

I’d love to see some new flag designs but understandable that some places are not as popular - maybe an option for a custom flag of a country not in the list?

Overall, fantastic product with really good quality materials, helping good causes around the world!

There are many products on the market that can mark your travels, but most of them look like printed metal washers, dull and un-imaginative. At Storytellers, you get world flags in glorious colour with printed details on the back. I have 29 flags now and about to order my 30th. You will not find a better looking product on the market. This is A1.

Bought a gift voucher for my daughter after her aunt bought her the key ring and starting flag as she’s currently travelling. The email said it would come after payment went through but I had to chase them on it and it arrived after two weeks. I sent an email of complaint but not had a response about that other than getting the gift card

The quality of the merchandise is very good and offers great choice.
Customer service and the website are both easy to navigate.

I have been collecting these flags for my Son for a few years now. They are great quality and you have the option of having them engraved with the date.

Being an avid traveller I find collecting the storyteller flags a great way to remember my journeys. You can just order the countries flag and add them to your unique key ring collection and if you want get the details of the trip engraved on the back.
I also find it a very colourful way to remember your trips as the paintwork on each flag is so intricate and amazing.
I put my keyring on my bag and wherever I go now I can remember the places I've travelled to. Totally recommend storyteller as a unique way of recording your travels.
