patient,and informative on the package options and was making me feel at ease.Helpful in addressing all my concerns and the decision process, as well as providing me with links and prompt email receipts. She passed all important text to project manager, to assure me of update data transferring. All helpful in making me at ease and I feeling like she was very professional.

This is my 1st children's book and I made a mistake signing with a different publisher (Lulu) and they were awful. Five months and they only did 2 illustrations.
Then I signed with Storytime. They started working on my illustrations the next day and was finished in a few weeks. They read my story, and brought the characters to life. They were always encouraging and kept in touch with me with updates everyday. Now my book is ready to launch and I'm so excited. Thank you Elena and Daniel for all the work you did on my little story.

Storytime Publishers marketing service really helped my book gain the attention it deserved. Their strategies were smart and targeted, and I saw a noticeable improvement in reach and sales.

Deceptive practices, they advertise hand drawn illustrations but they are actually using AI generated images and tracing over them. I attempted to reach out to them to ask why they were hiding that fact from people then they claimed they had nothing to hide yet deleted any of my comments and the posts that showed they were using AI for and claiming it wasn't.

Edit: They again claim they have nothing to hide about their process yet they left up a post showing unedited AI content that made no sense (extra digits, unregognizable shapes, wires that made no sense) and only deleted the post on one platform after it was pointed out. Again, this is deceptive because the post was to advertise the creative process and show the behind the scenes but was a clearly generated image and not a true representation of an artist hand drawing art.

They did an excellent job with Chaacter Development for our project, and Alex supported us throughout the process with clear communication and relative insight. The characters felt well-rounded and consistent throughout the story. Their creative team understood how to balance personality with visual appeal. The development process was collaborative and insightful. It added real value to our story. We are very satisfied with the outcome.
