Very rarely do I leave reviews, but I consulted TrustPilot as had no experience of this company and thought it only fair to record a very positive experience. I bought Wicked toys, readily available in many high street stores, for almost half the price they were retailing for elsewhere. My order was delivered within 36 hours with standard delivery and everything is as expected. Great service.

I ordered a Christmas gift from Straight 2 You. They had the best price I could find for the particular item. They despatched quickly with tracking. The parcel arrived with the outer box squashed and fully open (one piece of sellotape tape wasn't enough to secure it). However thankfully the item was still in the box and was un damaged.

Ordering was super easy & was kept in the loop regarding delivery. This is a Christmas pressie for my granddaughter so haven't opened it all up, looks great though, so thankyou ☺️

Very good goods arrived as per delivery slot

I wasn’t impressed at first with the item I received as they sent me the science kit without the originally box therefore some items were damaged and the item was unable to be gifted as I hoped to. I reached out and sent photos of the delivery I received and the staff were very apologetic and quick at responding to my concerns. They also sent out a free gift with the new science kit I had originally ordered as a goodwill gesture, this was sent special delivery therefore came very quickly too.
