I have tried to return the…

I have tried to return the straighteners but am unable to find out how to do this?? I have gone through the website several times leaving a message and tried calling several times only to be cut off!! I was not given a customer number either. Do not buy from this company.

Item does not work - refund not forthcoming. Avoid!

Spent £129.99 on hair Stravelle hair straighteners. Arrived quickly but did not work. OFF remained in the window, despite pressing on. I returned at cost of £11.00. Wilfredo contacted me saying refund would be issued. Nothing. They do not reply to telephone calls and have not replied to further e-mails. I will be contacting the two directors, Andrew and Kirsty Davies, Hilfoot, Formby Lane, Aughton L39 7HG. My advice is to avoid this company like the plague! They take your money but do not appear (as yet) to wish to return it.

Stravelle responded to my emails

Edit-I received a reply to my email and Stravelle have refunded me. Once they contacted me their customer service was great.
I bought these straighteners at the end of September and despite using them at less than the heat of my GHDs they have heat damaged and broken my hair. My hairdresser asked me what I was doing differently, as she had never seen this damage before. The straighteners are to blame. I emailed Stravelle, who promise to reply in 24 hours. They have not done so. This is clearly a scam company as others have noted. I am well within the 90 days but there is zero response to emails. Will they reply to this review it appears unlikely.

Avoid at all cost!

I placed my order, received confirmation with an order number. The payment was taken immediately, I was expecting my delivery within 2-3 days but when I didn’t receive a tracking number I emailed Stravelle and asked what was happening. No response so emailed a further twice and sent messages online but didn’t receive a response. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Happy to take your money but fail to deliver

Never again!

I ordered a straightener online. Was informed it would be delivered on "Wednesday".... Wednesday came and went. No straightener, but did receive an email stating they would let me know when it shipped. I never received either the notice of the shipment or the product, but my credit card was charged the day after I placed the order. I still have not heard back from the company and have sent an email cancelling the straightener. I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is beyond awful!

As others have said no response

As others have said. No customer services. No response to emails or chat messages or forms on their Contact us part of their website. Say they will contact you within 24 hours. Rubbish they don’t contact you at all. Says there is a quibble free 90 days warranty and returns policy but you can only return if you contact them for return details and guess what ?!!!!! They don’t blooming respond. Take your money but not willing to give it back !!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not use this company.

The straighteners are terrible and do not even come close to comparing to GHD as stated on their website. They also don’t comply with their ‘ Experience the difference, or return it within 90 days, hassle-free.’ Emails are ignored.

This return option is echoed on their website
‘ No problem. If Stravelle doesn’t leave your hair straighter, shinier, and smoother than your current straightener, return it within 90 days — no questions asked. No questio asked should say no emails are replied to.

DISAPPOINTING

I ordered straighteners with free next day delivery.
Straighteners haven't arrived, I completed an enquiry form on their website where they specify a reply within 24 hours which I didn't get. If I tack my order it's shows my order status is showing as being processed.
Genuinely feel that this company are happy to get your money but delivering the product or keeping to their promises is negligible.
The item ordered was not cheap and with higher price tags you would expect to get a service that matched their promises.
Very disappointed.
I have opened a case with PayPal.

Avoid This Company – No Customer Support and No Accountability

I strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Stravelle. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

After encountering an issue with my product, I attempted to contact the company through every possible channel. I submitted an enquiry via their website contact form, which promises a response within 24 hours, but received no acknowledgement or reply. I followed up with multiple emails and even tried calling the phone number provided – it doesn’t work.

At this point, it feels as though Stravelle has made themselves completely inaccessible to their customers once they have taken your money. This is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about their reliability and business practices.

No customer should have to go to these lengths simply to get basic support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
