Outstanding service with very prompt…

Outstanding service with very prompt communication from order to delivery. Worked out of the box with no issues - it does what it says on the tin and is much more reliable that a PC based VPN.

9 months in, we had 1 issue due to someone our end playing with the settings, James resolved this for us in minutes after logging the issue, and got us back up and running.

Highly recommended

UK TV when and where I want it.

I have been using the Stream UK TV Abroad VPN service for quite a while now and I’m very pleased with the quality and the service I’ve received. Dave and James have always been quick and reliable even to the point that they have responded on a Friday evening when we inadvertently reset our router. If you’re going abroad you definitely need one of their routers!

5 star product and service

This is a great solution for working abroad or streaming UK content abroad. The pro router is fast and pre-configured to a UK residential IP. Requires minimal setup other than to connect to home router and available wifi networks abroad. James and Dave are extremely helpful and responsive should any questions arise. Will continue to use the service indefinitely

The service you need to access an UK based IP address abroad

The service is all an UK resident needs when we are away from home. It simply works as an UK broadband line outside of the UK. The Internet service is superb and the support and customer service is simply amazing. Nothing to do with those inefficient and time consuming type of customer support. It works perfectly, efficiently, professionally, you feel really well treated, considered and respected. If you need to have an UK IP Address while you are abroad, this is the service you should have. As simple as that.

Super equipment and Customer Service… Highly Recommend!

From the moment I got in touch with James from Stream UK TV abroad, I knew we were onto a good thing. Not only is James very knowledgeable and helpful (happy to answer as many questions as you have), but the actual router and service work perfectly and we couldn’t be happier! It was super easy to set up and we were ready to go in no time at all! It’s been spot on ever since. The reassuring thing is also to know that James is only a message away if there was any issue at all, just for peace of mind. He replies very quickly to any message we’ve ever sent him. 100% a five star service in our opinion!
